We love Cold Stone Creamery. We were in town and visited this one. It is where we discovered the Dough-lightful Peanut Butter signature ice cream. The flavor was awesome and I will be getting it again! Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

Always a great place to go for ice cream. Can be a little hit or miss with the staff in terms of your toppings. Sometimes I get someone that puts a good amount of toppings on, and sometimes they can be a little sparse with them. Overall, I enjoying going here for ice cream. Nice outdoor seating as well, with lots of other dinning options around that you can do dinner at before.

Hello I wanted to edit this review…the management has reached out to me and assured me that they have trained all staff and have been so kind and understanding! I was given a refund also but the most important to me that others do not experience any sickness from allergies or the like ..again the management was sooo understanding and helpful. Going to be going back and any business willing to make it right is unusal so I appreciated the willingness to teach their staff!!!
I’m very upset right now. I ordered the lite vanilla ice cream and I questioned that it was empty at the usual location. He assured me it was the lite ice cream. I eat the same there always because I have issues with sugar and this time I got violently ill vomiting because it was NOT the lite sugar! There are serious reasons people order low sugar. Besides that he slopped it in a bowl without asking if I wanted anything in it. I can have only berries and when I asked for strawberries he slopped it on the cold stone where previous ice cream had been and didn’t clean it up so I had something chocolate in it also… Really the first experience there with this sort of issue.

Hours in google are accurate, I almost did not pull up because the sign was not lit. Service is always on par with the ice cream quality. My favorite is the Coffee Lovers Only,, with extra almonds.

I ordered the largest size. The kid working there gave me the smallest size in the largest cup. I explained that you should at least fill the cup if I’m paying for it and he just smashed some more ice cream on it, didn’t add more of the mix ins and still didn’t come close to filling the cup. I’m not trying to be a PITA, but for the money you spend at this place you should at least get friendly employees, and the ice cream you pay for. I’ve been to cold stone many times, but they have lost me as a customer.

I was ready to try them out until the girl working the register walked over to take my order (I was getting a waffle bowl) and picked it up with her bare hands! and it wasn’t a display. It was sitting under a light ready to be used/eaten. Not be me that’s for sure! The employee seen the back of my head before she could even ask what flavor I’d like. Absolutely NOT!
