Great local store. This Cold Stone is very clean and friendly staff. This location does get busy at times and the employees do a great job of providing quick service. Too expensive for what it is. I get that they make their ice cream fresh, but is just not that good. Their base vanilla is not melt in your mouth savory.
I got a small and it cost more than a pint from the grocery store. Ben & Jerry’s makes better vanilla and about 1/3 of the price.
Too much $$$ for boring ice cream and toppings that I couldn’t really get excited about.

Found a long black strand of hair inside of my ice cream (clearly not mine as I do not have black hair). Also, staff had a small dog running around in the kitchen area- not sanitary at all. Staff not very welcoming. Will not be returning.
