I give the ice cream/creations a 5 because the ice cream is smooth and creamy, the ingredients are fresh and they never run out. The atmosphere gets a 3 because the tables aren’t always clean. But I think the staff may not be able to get to the tables regularly b/c there are so many customers and orders coming in and they focus on serving the customers, first.

I’ve never had issues ordering from Coldstone when it came to ice cream. Everything on and in the cake is correct. However I was very disappointed with the execution. We were able to receive a voucher for a signature cake. But I don’t think I will be ordering a custom cake again.

This location has the BEST oreo cream filling ice cream. Tried this ice cream across several states and there’s been none that compare to theirs.
Always get the same thing – peanutbutter cup perfection with oreo filling ice cream instead of chocolate.
Store was clean, warm and smelled good. Owner was training a new employee for my order. Great service and great ice cream.

This location has a chronic problem with being understaffed and having long wait times. Observed an employee making waffle bowls while there was a line of 15 people. There were plenty of waffle bowls already made. There is no motivation and no hustle among the crew. There are no smiles. The floor is usually sticky and the outside tables are disgusting from ice cream spills. You can tell there are no adults in charge here — just a bunch of kids. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup, but instead that is the time they started making the order, which I then waited 20 minutes for.
Edit: I opened the containers later at home and was so disappointed to see that all toppings were mashed into absolute crumbs. If I wanted to blend everything into a milkshake I would have don’t that at home and saved my $70. Why did I tip the guy for making such trash?

Please help me understand why there are children behind the counter making their own ice cream? And I’m not referring to the staff who are so nice and helpful. But actual kids touching things with no gloves, touching his long hair then grabbing ice cream. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! I’ve been here countless times and luckily never seen it before. Now.. not sure I’ll be back.

There was one young lady working by her self, with a store full of customers. She remain professional kind and very polite the whole time my husband and I waited in line. She deserves a raise a gift card or something. The man a head of me offered her a tip but she declined. So humble her work ethic to be a teenager is beyond impressive!!!!!

When it’s 100 degrees outside, you really don’t feel like eating much. Absolutely nothing sounds good for dinner, and who wants to cook in a hot kitchen or eat hot food in that type of weather? Not me!
So, we came to the logical conclusion that ice cream sounded like the perfect dinner one recent evening during the heatwave. Somehow we’ve never tried Cold Stone before, so we figured there was no better time to give it a shot.
We were not disappointed! We told our server we were newbies and he happily walked us through the process of selecting an ice cream flavor and some toppings to mix together. We wound up with 2 delicious sundaes. If you’re ever considering an ice cream dinner during a heatwave- this place will fit the bill!
