The ice cream is delicious. I asked the girl what I should order since there were a lot of great options. However, there was an older man behind the counter staring at me inappropriately and was a little too persistent to assist me asking me what I wanted several times when I had just walked in, which is annoying. With so many options they had to offer on their menu I needed time to read. There was no one behind me so what’s the rush. Once I was ready to order I tried to get the man’s attention but was ignored. The girl behind the counter quickly came to me and serviced me. She was quick to recommend popular servings and handled my order with a smile.

I’ve always loved Cold Stone as a franchise, and this location has great potential. The ice cream and service were good.
However, I hope the owner takes note that the tables outside were quite dirty and showed signs of mildew, as seen in the photos for quite sometime. A little extra attention to cleanliness would really elevate the customer experience. Thank you

My 9-year-old daughter was craving ice cream, and since the weather was perfect, we decided to stop by Cold Stone after dropping my wife off at work. They have such a wide variety of flavors and options, from different cup sizes to plain or chocolate-dipped waffle cones. I really like that they let you sample flavors before deciding. I went with the coffee ice cream, and my daughter chose the Oreo Birthday Cake.
What makes Cold Stone unique is the way they prepare it—they scoop your ice cream onto a chilled slab and mix in fresh toppings like M&Ms, Reese’s Pieces, sprinkles, and cookies before serving it in your choice of cup or cone. This was only my second visit, but after this experience, I think I’ll be stopping by more often!

I love coming to Cold Stone the place is sparkling clean and the staff is kind and attentive and they got the best and amazing desserts they got from cakes for birthdays to different varieties of dessert flavors and probably my favorite dessert there is the ice cream the cookies and cream or the chocolate devotion definitely come here my go-to ice cream place

We have been regulars for years. Over a week ago my boyfriend picked up an order and once home, we found a long hair in the pint. I immediately called the store and spoke to an associate as well as the manager. Not only was there no apology or urgency about the issue, but all they offered was a refund….which we never got. Extremely disappointed by this store and the manager. No one wears hair nets or gloves which I’m sure is the reason this happened in the first place. I will be calling the corporate number to speak about this location. Preventing hair in food is a basic responsibility of any establishment. And then doing everything in your power to right the situation is the next step, that did not happen. I would have called the corporate number regardless of the refund, but unfortunately I had to leave this review as well since we never received it.

The ice cream is good, the service is downright terrible. I dropped my shake and I asked for napkins so I could clean myself up. They just stared at me and told me they would clean it up. I appreciate them cleaning it up but I needed to clean myself up. We asked for a chocolate shake and this guy who doesn’t speak English couldn’t understand what we were asking for. I suggest going to another location

I frequent this store regularly and each and every time I have had a great experience. Not only the delicious ice cream but more importantly the excellent friendly service. Manuir the manager knows what I like and is quick to fill my order. It is a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by a friendly courteous manager and staff.

The ice cream was delicious, except they gave me a cheap plastic spoon so it was pretty much impossible to scoop out the ice cream to eat it. This wasn’t that big of a deal.
I got the sprinkled waffle cone, and the chocolate on it didn’t taste all that great. Still, the ice cream was amazing.
