Went in for the iftar buffet that was advertised on Instagram. Service was good, friendly staff. However, we got in around 7:20, and almost all the food was cold, which was very disappointing. The mint lime drink was the only good thing there. otherwise the food was underwhelming. I think it would have been a different experience had the food been hot and more variety offered like the video posted.
The total was $55/pp which is pretty steep for a buffet with cold food and hardly any variety. Ordering off menu would have been a better option.

The food tastes delicious, and it may seem pricey but the portions are big and justifies the price imo. I think this a great place to try out, me and my friend got the mixed grill for 2 and the cilantro bowl and honestly it could feed 6 people and it came out to be 60 dollars before tip. Our server Yousef was great and was really nice and we got a complementary baklava. We ended up taking home 2 boxes each and that’s not including the salad they gave us.

We ordered the mixed grill it was amazing. All the meat was seasoned well, cooked well and juicy. The baba ghanoush was amazing. The pita and hummus were fresh. Would recommend anyone to get this appetizer. The baklava tasted great perfect dessert!

Great food made fresh to order, with or without a reservation they are fast and friendly. It’s a chill casual atmosphere. The food is superb also cooked to perfect. The presentation and service is awsome. The patters are big so bring your appetite.

The food was amazing. I been wanted to come here and try the food and it did not disappoint. My waitress Dunya was so pleasant and attentive and even allowed us to try some Egyptian tea to finish our meal. Will definitely be back again. I was completely stuffed and have so much food for another meal. The plates are definitely shareable.

Absolutely amazing place! We ordered the Fatboy Choose 2 set — and wow, it’s definitely more than enough for two people! Ours came with beef shawarma on the plate and juicy lamb chops, both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The food was fresh, generous, and beautifully presented.
I also loved the black tea with mint, which comes with refills — a perfect finish to a great meal.
Everything was delicious, and I’m just genuinely happy with this experience. Highly recommend Cilantro Mediterranean Cuisine to anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean flavors!

The food tastes exactly like Cairo. We had the rice wrapped in grapes leaves, it is served warm and has amazing fragrance and flavor. Just like Cairo.
We also ordered the mixed grill. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned.
For desserts the OmAli was freshly made for us and it was perfect. The food here is delicious.
The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.
We are visiting from out of town but we will go back because we dont have a restaurant like that. I would recommend a 100%

Amazing place!!! This is our last meal in Philly and it was incredible! Mixed grill was a huge portion and everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and the service was amazing! Will definitely come back next time I visit Philly!

Absolutely incredible experience! We traveled to Philadelphia specifically to eat here, and it exceeded all our expectations. The food was worth every penny – everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and there was so much variety to choose from. The atmosphere was just as wonderful as the food. On top of it all, the service was amazing; our waitress was attentive, served our dishes quickly, and cleared plates promptly. We will definitely be back!
