This Cold Stone Creamery which is located in Trevose feels below average. The place looked dirty, tables were not cleaned and the floors seemed like they haven’t been mopped in a while. The staff was not so welcoming and didn’t seem to care much about customer service.
I had ordered Chocolate Devotion, which tasted good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The store really needs better management and a serious focus on cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’ve been to this location before normally the staff is great. I will start off with there was a young lady in there and she was very friendly, polite, respectful, and apologetic. My fiancé and I came on 10/1 and there were two workers and we ordered our ice cream. We went up to pay and had a gift card and the guy working just turned it away without showing us it didn’t work. I tried explaining that this gift card was to 4 locations and “COLD STONE was one of the 4. He wasn’t trying to hear any of it. My fiancé told them he would just pay and he did. As we where about to leave this man went to the back to grab a gift card from the back and proceeded to go on and on saying “see we didn’t take these” mind you the gift card he was showing us wasn’t even the same card we have. I stopped him and said a more respectable thing to do would be to show us it doesn’t work not just cut us off like we are trying to pay with fake money or offer us to grab the gift container to see how to go about using it. Not arguing with a customer. We already paid so why keep going? Not to mention after my comment about trying to work with us he said do you want me to scan it! Like sir are you DUMB we already paid no point to try now. Definitely won’t be coming back if he’s there!

The employee was amazing today. They had her working by herself and she wasn’t fully trained. There was a long line and I felt bad for her. There wasn’t many flavors of ice cream and the store doesn’t looked kept up with. This cold stone is falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend!

Walked in today and im pretty sure store was vacant and no employees were present. Needed a bday cake and didn’t see a single person for the 15 mins we stood inside. No one was in the back or anywhere to be seen. Several others customers came and went.

$42 Cake more like a cupcake
My family loves cold stone ice cream cakes for special occasions….We went in for a cake for my birthday, they didn’t have the flavor of cake i wanted, no biggie, I chose the one in the photo instead.
We swiped our card to pay for it and they did not ask if we wanted anything written on it but did ask if we wanted a receipt. Upon looking at the receipt I told them I think they charged us wrong, we only got a small cake and he said, yep $42. I said for THAT?? He said yep-we had already paid and just kept walking but we will NEVER be back. I am so beyond disappointed.

Place needs a lot of cleaning and more people working there. Apparently the person running this place seems to be ok with only having one opener. Never going there again. This place needs a sanitation inspection. I even ended up putting myself a caution wet sign and grabbing napkins to dry the wet floor.

I’ve never experienced this kind of terrible customer service before. The manager was condescending, told me I should have picked up my order, and hung up on me twice. As well as, zero care for the order being incorrect.
I had pre-ordered a birthday cake with a custom birthday message from the CS in feasterville. When you order, it does not specify that a third party will deliver the cake. You can place a schedule time, which I did. The did not offer any assistance and rushed to get off the phone. He told me I should have picked up the cake or find out who the third party delivery service is, and then he hung up on me – no have a good day or call back if it’s not delivered or I’ll look into it. He did not want to be bothered.
Then he called me back stating door dash will deliver it and hung up.
I received my order BUT the custom message of “happy birthday” was not written on it.
I called CS back and the manager did not care, not one bit. Said he couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the manager tried saying that I did not order a custom message— it’s on the receipt that was tagged to the bag and in my email.
The manager is extremely rude, lack professional customer service, no apology, no offer of discount or a free dessert.
I hope no one wastes their time with cold stone. I’ll never give them my money.

nice place but very desolate and not what it once was.. i wish there was a bigger assortment of flavors and this cold stone feels like it really died down from what it once was. still really nice for some quick ice cream and service is great

We walked in and the girl was sitting in her chair in the entryway tying her shoes. She did not wash her hands after. We were never addressed. The other girl comes out wandering around with headphones in. They continued on to talk badly about another coworker and how the girl that was tying her shoes didnt want to work with her. Couldn’t even remember my simple ice cream order without asking 4 times
