Scam Advertising – –
How can a company advertise a brand logo featuring everything in a waffle cone but then not even offer waffle cones? I went to Cold Stone Creamery to try the newly advertised Caramel Carnival Churro flavor, which is pictured in a waffle cone. However, the lady serving me informed me that they do not serve waffle cones here. They only have kids’ sugar cones, but you can’t get any of the flavors with mix-ins—only the basic flavors from the tub. Needless to say, this advertisement feels misleading, and the company needs to change its branding to align with the poorly served ice cream.

Love the ice cream. And service is fine. But, why oh why do you still not allow to dine in. The Covid scare is long over. Sitting in our car is inconvenient and not an enjoyable experience. I would appreciate a response from the store’s owner to this question if possible. Thank you

I love cold stone, who doesn’t. This location can get busy and have a long wait but I mean it’s a bunch of college students on a weekend, not surprising. But every time I come here, I’m never let down by the ice cream.

Two girls treated my partner and I the worst way today at 8:48 p.m. We said thank you, but they didn’t respond. They were racist because we didn’t speak English. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Please take action on this matter.

Have been a satisfied cold stone customer until lately. My last two visits have been HORRIBLE. I will not return, will not. We went tonight December 30 and the 29th, and the worker was truthfully incompetent. I told her my phone number for my rewards account three times and she still didn’t understand and had me look behind the counter to make sure she understood me. We got it pulled up and then she didn’t understand because I didn’t have rewards point to redeem, and had to explain to her that yes I don’t but each purchase gives me rewards points. She could not get my gift card number entered properly so after standing there for 15 minutes I just paid the total and left. The customer service was previously amazing, but until this worker gets some help I will not be returning.

Good ice cream and friendly staff. I want to particularly commend the honesty of one of the employees. I didn’t get his name but he was working the evening of 12 July. I inadvertantly entered the cost of the ice cream in the tip window on the card reader. He immediately noticed my mistake and refunded me that amount and then ran the charge again. This might seem like a small thing, but I know for a fact it wouldn’t happen at other shops. Bravo to him.

Well, on the review I had to select take out-because there were no chairs. When we moved here we were happy to find a cold stone. My family was excited to have ice cream-which we ate in the car-on a freezing night in Jan. They site some COVID related reason, seems lazy and ridiculous to me.

I got a b1g1 coupon in the mail and decided to go with my boyfriend. It’s a very sweet shop. Not too big, but still with plenty of room.
I love all the choices and the staff was very nice. The one who helped us was very patient and didn’t try to rush me to make up my mind.
Overall a great place to visit!

I manage local businesses, sometimes like to reward my employees with ice cream from here, we’ve been doing this for years. Lately, some employees started not wanting to go get the ice cream because we would walk in with a list of the order and the workers would get overwhelmed and become rude.
Tonight I sent someone to go get six orders. I got a call after a half an hour of waiting in line, saying that they were done making shakes for the night. I walked over to see if I can figure it out, and saw that all the lights were turned out, so they would appear closed from the outside. After standing in the front of the line for about 10 minutes, in the dark, someone finally told me that there was nothing they could do. I asked what would’ve happened if I ordered online and she said she didn’t know. This was hours before close.
I understand staffing issues, and it’s a college town but this seems to be a repeating issue that I hope could get fixed.
