I used to come here frequently when my son was in middle school. I’m Happy that the place stay the same when I went back there recently, their what’s a sandwich sandwiches are really good especially when you get the hash brown on the sandwich. I believe I remember I occasionally get an omelette which is very good. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want an affordable breakfast main with the reason why I don’t go here as much anymore is because of the hours because it’s not open when we normally need to get ready for the day

Now usually I don’t have a problem with Bert’s deli. I love the Milford special but the last time I ordered I received the driest, toughest piece of chicken cutlet on my sandwich that it was inedible. I’m hoping that was a fluke. I don’t often order from Bert’s deli because I’m not from the area but usually when I order I enjoy my sandwich very much. Hopefully next time it will be like usual.

I ordered a chicken cutlet sub with prosciutto and mushrooms added to it. No one pointed out that you have to specifically request lettuce, tomato, cheese, or condiments. They also failed to mention, while on the phone or during pickup, that they were out of prosciutto. Of course they offered for me to go back and fix it, but I was at work and unable to. Incredibly disappointed with my sandwich and the experience, and I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Bert’s for a few years, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always place the same order, so when I call. I greet them with my name and they say “The Usual?”
The usual is a corned beef Reuben on seeded rye. simply the best in the immediate area. They always make it with just the right amount of kraut and dressing. The bread is never soggy or stale,
I love the owners and staff, and like watching them interact with their customers — always with courtesy and depending on their familiarity with each individual, a playful quip at checkout.
On days off from school and/or in the summer, I bring my granddaughter, who craves the egg and cheese on a hard roll at Bert’s even if the Golden Arches is offered as an option at lunchtime.
The front counter and kitchen staff flow like clockwork, and even during the breakfast and lunch rush times, the wait is never too long.

Visited for my first and last time. Take away. Politely ordered the three eggs breakfast and asked if they could just make the eggs scrambled without any oils or sprays because of stomach issues. As well as I could not have the toast or potatoes that come with it for the same reason. Was charged full price for the meal, I respectfully asked about the cost. Managers reply? “the toast and potatoes are free” I let him know this is the first and last time he would see me. His reply? “no problem”
The 1 star is for the kind woman who took my order.
