The Ice-creams we ordered were fresh and good, would have been nice if there are more flavours available. Mostly only Butter Pecan, Oreo, Coconut and other similar flavours were available.
Very limited options on the Ice-creams but lot of variety of toppings were there. Quantity was good for the Price and the place was clean. With the no. of toppings available there should be different options in the Ice-creams as well.

I’ve been here several times and the store is just very dirty. This is a picture of the outside table that looks like it’s never been cleaned or power washed around the bottom where you can clearly see all the ice cream drippings and the tables inside are just as dirty . I think as the owners you really need to have your store be very clean when serving food.

Many flavor options of delicious ice cream, plus the mix-ins make for endless combinations! I would definitely recommend the Banana ice cream. It isn’t too crowded and the service is satisfactory. However, it is a bit expensive, considering that it’s ice cream.

They charged @$40 for this cake and look at the writing on the cake. The employee said it won’t be the best. This is far from best and then she said it looks good when I pointed it out to her. She could have said that we don’t have anyone to write any words on it. Now a @$40 cake looks really bad. We salvaged it by wiping the writing on it.
FYI we are regular Coldstone customers and this was by far worst experience here.

We ordered delivery and I order two Loves it and waffle bowls and we got one love it and one like it and 2 sugar cones even though the receipt says waffle bowl … when called store is was the owner cell phone and said only thing they can do is give us free waffle bowl next time …

I asked if I can get 3 flavors in one cup and she said yes. I wanted the strawberry blonde creation the chocolate chip devotion and a scoop of mango. The main flavor I wanted was chocolate devotion. The worker made one flavor and I told her after I wanted 3 flavors and she mumbled and said I thought you meant mix – ins. The worker had poor English, which caused the miscommunication , the ice cream I received was very messy and too sweet, if I had known I could get one flavor I would have gotten the smallest size in Chocolate. Overall poor customer service messy ice cream and a waste of $6

We came in at 8:30pm and got two ice creams. There were no people in the store, besides us and the two employees. While we were there, they were trash-talking a new hire very loudly, which made us uncomfortable. We even left a tip on the purchase, since it seemed like a slow night. They took fifteen minutes to make our ice cream because they would not stop talking to eachother, and then they somehow switched our order with an online order even though they made the order right then for us and they were not busy at all. I do not recommend going to this location and I will not be coming back.
