Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream place hands down!!!! The ice cream cups are made with the best ice cream & a lot of love and they also have pup cups for our grandpuppy. The workers have excellent customer service skills, they’re always happy and speedy. I will definitely return at least once a week for summer months.

Sat. 4/13/2024: WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! I paid $17 & change for 2 Lg. Ice creams, 1 of them had brownie mixed in it & the other was plain. I posted Pics.
Let me start with the ice cream here is GREAT when its made by someone that knows what they are doing, if not, well you just wasted $13 on a 1/2 gallon. The customer service…..SUCKS!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here in their parking lot waiting for someone to bring my order out to me. I got here & called @ 8pm I was told it’ll be a few mins but someone will be out. I said OK no problem. It is now 8:30 & I’m parked rite outside their side door. The only reason I’m not going in is b/c I ran out w/out shoes. I called & was told Well ur gonna have to wait a bit longer b/c we’re really backed up. I said no one can meet me at the side door, they don’t even have to come out i’ll walk up to the door. She says nope your gonna have to wait a little longer. Now its 8:40pm. REALLY? R THESE KIDS SERIOUS?

Paid almost $50 for ice cream from this rip off of an establishment & these were the LARGES!! If im not mistaken, this seems to me as false advertisment!! I’ll ask a family member who happens to be a consumer protection attorney. Also purchased a 1/2 gallon & thats the topping I chose but on the side. Thats not even enough for a large!!

I freaking love cold stone it’s literally the only ice cream I crave more then Dairy Queen but I am so pissed that the banana pudding one is going this should be a all year around flavor please oh please bring it back especially this summer or I will call and put in reviews and feedback every. P.S. this is coming from a mother who feels that is her go to , stress reliever, craving settling, kids can’t have it type situation

Delicious BUT too expensive!!! $8 for a small ice cream! The store always appears dusty/sticky floors and outside trash cans always over stuffed/unchanged where people eat & today I saw their trash bag on their property all ripped open/garbage spilled out.

Really Disturbing!!! There is a sign that says “Why Wait, If you are getting something out of the freezer then take it directly to the register” Well, I suppose they didn’t let the staff know how to handle this. My family and I picked out our $42 ice cream cake and got in line at the register but when it was our turn the young lady walked away without a word. So we waited for another staff member to come to the register but she ignored us too and rung up two other customers that came in the store after us and walked away without helping us. The next staff member at least was willing to ring up our purchase but couldn’t explain how the BOGO worked and couldn’t apply the rewards I could plainly see on my app. I left there super frustrated and probably will not return. Good ice cream isn’t worth feeling disrespected.
