Got the cupcakes, absolutely disgusting. Cupcake was made of dry overcooked cake crumbs. Popeyes biscuits have more moisture than these. For 23$ I expected better especially from coldstone but unfortunately this is what they make here. I also called and asked why the cupcakes were made of dry crumbs and they confirmed that this is how they are instructed to make them. Definitely will not be purchasing again and just want to let other consumers know what they’re buying before they get scammed like I did.
Edit: i brought back the cupcakes and the owner was very sweet and replaced them immediately with cookie sandwiches as well as a large container of ice cream. The cupcakes are still disgusting but the ice cream is good.

My dad had a cake made special for my mom’s birthday. He asked for a pink cake with purple writing. This is disgusting. I would NEVER come back here. This is a picture straight from the freezer, it’s still frozen yet looks melted! This is how they give cakes to their costumers. Not to mention these cakes are $60!! Please don’t give these people your business. This is the second time!!! The first time the cake tasted like soap. Gross. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Amazing experience at Cold Stone in Holmdel Commons. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to help us create the perfect birthday cake for my daughter. They customized it beautifully with her name, and it looked as incredible as it tasted. The ice cream was fresh and delicious, the cake layers were moist, and everything was made exactly how we asked.
It was one of those places where you go in for a cake and somehow leave with extra treats because everything looks so good. The whole process was easy, fun, and completely stress free. We will absolutely be back for our next celebration. ✨

I ordered a custom birthday cake for my twins. It had a picture of them with their faces as spiderman. It came out awesome. There was an issue with the 3rd party delivery, but no one from the store called me to give me a heads up. It wasn’t until my husband asked where the cake was so he can see how it came that i realized it was never delivered! I called and the girl working got in touch with her manager who was very accommodating and super nice. We figured an alternative way for me to get the cake delivered with expenses covered and they also gave us some free ice cream cookie sandwiches which was a pleasant surprise! I would order a cake from them again.

This has to be the worst cold stone out there. Customer service is insanely bad. Waited around the store for about 10 minutes before screaming “hello” to the back of the store for an employee to come out. Then I get this awful cake that I could’ve had my child write better. $65 for this garbage is insane.

My boyfriend had never been to Cold Stone before, so I had to put him on. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Angel. She took our order and was incredibly attentive and patient. Even with other customers and DoorDash orders coming in, she stayed calm and handled everything like a pro. I was genuinely impressed by how welcoming she was. My boyfriend loved his first Cold Stone experience! Big props to future boss-lady Angel!

We went to Cold Stone for the famous ice cream tacos. I paid $50 for 2 ice cream tacos and 2 kids cups of ice cream. My mom asked for coffee ice cream substituted in her ice cream taco which they were happy to do- and then charged an extra $8.99 on top of the $11.99 price tag. When she opened the container to eat it (on location), it was too melted so we asked if they could put it back in the freezer. In addition to all of this, my ice cream taco shell was half empty. When I bit into it, it was just waffle cone.

Got ice cream here a couple weeks back. I previously gave a poor review for the service. This time was much better. Would be 5 stars if it weren’t so expensive, but I guess that is due to the Cold Stone brand.

I went in with my family to get ice cream recently and the employee named angel there was so helpful. she greeted us as soon as we walked in with a huge smile and took our orders immediately. our order was made very quickly and perfectly! i’m very pleased with the customer service and i will surely be returning again!
