We got two “love it” size ice creams. The girl that prepared mine, gave me a much smaller quantity. I asked her from the start “is this the right size” and she said “yes”. At the counter I showed the two cups and asked “are these the same size?” And she responded “yes”. I felt embarrassed on her behalf. Why do you hire such unprofessional people there?

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and my ice cream arrived with a strand of hair in it. I contacted the store and first off the “Supervisor” when answering the phone he sounded like he wasn’t going to be any help from the start. I let him know I received ice cream with a strand of hair in it and he asked do you want another ice cream or a refund? Lol…They lack Customer service and I will never be ordering from this establishment again. Anyone on they right mind if you see hair, a bug, or any foreign object in your food you instantly get nauseous and lose your appetite. Never got the “Supervisor’s” name and he tried to make me out of a liar by saying there’s no women working so he didn’t know where the hair came from. Pictures below. Btw I waited a while for my ice cream to be delivered so it was already melting.

Ordered ice cream through delivery service, vanilla with peanut butter and peanut butter cups. Top was filled with 1.5 inch layer of pure vanilla and barely ANY peanut butter or cups below that. For $22 and $35 total with delivery this place deserves 0 stars. With other options in the near vicinity, avoid at all costs.

Order signature ice creams online with toppings and when we went to pick up it was already made.we took it home and we saw that It was poorly made. We added topping and when we picked up ice cream it was plain ice cream with less quantity and a littlebit like none toppings. Very bad service.

I went in yesterday and took forever for someone to come out the back to greet me. The ice cream was MELTING in the container. Plus the staff behind the counter looks miserable, not a good experience for my kids & I – I’d rather go to Ralphs but they’re closed/shut down for some reason. STAY AWAY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
