Had a very nice experience at the bar & high top area! Trinity was our server & she was so gracious & kind. Loved our hummus & pita! Table ordered burgers & fries. I like a thicker more med rare so I didn’t eat much. Next time I will order something different. Overall a great time with friends. Great selections of draft & they have grab & go in the store as well.

I have ordered wings from this location for years and have always been very pleased. Tonight, i ordered wings and they were not as they normally are. They were much larger and a lot fattier. I called Cold Spot back immediately after getting home and asked the young lady that answered the phone, who also took my order. (she was very pleasant both times I spoke to her) I asked her what was up with the wings, she told me that this location ran out of chicken and they had to pick up chicken wings from the other location in Dunbar. I told her they were not good and i wasn’t pleased with the order. She simply said she was sorry. What else could she say?

Takes why to long to get your food and it’s never right . Very sad and poor service before you eat and while eating. They never check to see if you need refills or anything. Don’t eat here unless you want to wait an hour for a burned burger that has everything you didn’t ask for .

Is it possible to have overcooked and undercooked boneless wings in the same basket? Why yes, yes it is. Serve without plates and cold marinara for shrooms and you’ve got a recipe for no more biz from this end. My son and I are actually having to take our wings home and BAKE most of them bc they were undercooked. Don’t know about y’all but I do NOT want to throw my guts up all weekend. It should also be noted that this place is dead on a Friday night. Strange… Maybe that is the sign we missed when we came in. Anyway, caveat emptor is all I’m saying.

If I could give a negative number I would. This place is absolutely terrible. We have tried them several times and each time we are like no more… but it was almost 3 months and decided to try again. First, I don’t know how or why they cannot get an order right, not once in the 6 or 7 times we tried them in last two years has the order been right. Examples:fried pickles are not supposed to be soggy and stuck together, generally fried chicken/wings are crisp and fries are hot and have snap, but not here. Fries half fried, tasteless and undercooked, chicken soggy.. definitely don’t try to be specific on how u want ur food it seems they take it as a challenge to provide the opposite. U call and the attitude is anything but accommodating. So please, trust me, go ANYWHERE else, or get a bag of precooked chicken and put in oven. It will be better than any experience you have here
