Fast food and friendly service! This place has a TON of different ice cream shake flavors! The pumpkin spice in the fall is my most favorite!! Their food is excellent and definitely so much better than any fast food down the street. Wish they stayed open year round cause I work next door and love getting lunch in the drive thru!!

Ice cream instantly starts to melt. Not sure what’s changed from this year from last, but the quality isn’t there anymore. We won’t be going back. Shame.

I’ve been here about once a month for the past few years, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. They are fast, have great prices-to-potion sized, extremely friendly, and of course delicious. I’ve had most of their food items and most of their ice cream options, and I’m surprised anyone would bad mouth it— comparatively to other ice cream places in Bellevue, Cold Rush is incredibly underrated!

The best value for your money. Service impeccable! There’s no skimping on their scoops of ice cream and prices are very reasonable! The best tasting coney sauce for your hot dogs in town and you can even purchase some to take home and freeze. Andrew has done a marvelous job with his business and his crew are extremely nice and accommodating.

Walked up a few minutes to 4p on Friday. Window was open. Didn’t see any hours posted. Stood there looking at the menu for a few. No one said a word until 4p and that was that they close at 4p and slammed the window shut. First time to try won’t be back.

Ordered 2 banana splits, and a few other items. She takes the order the guy from the front comes back and says he only has 2 bananas and can only make one of the banana splits. As the window closes and they get us a total she continues to order what she doesn’t want on ours. Our order was already through. Normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but when you have 2 to pick from in town. We could have left before the other closed. On top of that our order was in, it’s not my fault the front guy didn’t want to tell her, he couldn’t make her order. She was a single lady with one item, we ordered 5. Just thought it was rude on there end to cancel ours and not hers, when the first two items of the five ordered were the banana splits. Normally don’t leave bad reviews, just very irritating that she was reading off our order to someone making the ice cream and the lady wasn’t even done ordering her banana split before the guy came back and told her to make us redo ours. Instead of wasting time, know what you don’t have and do before you even take the order.
