Best experience from a fastfood restaurant yet. The staff was extremely busy as 3 buses full of kids were in the lobby. The manager and staff were efficient and polite all together. I was extremely impressed and the manager even came out to see how our meal was! WOW just WOW.
Amazing work BK employees hopefully the owner is taking care of you. With the new generation you just don’t find this type of service anymore.

Ordered a brisket burger and they forgot the brisket. They added bacon instead and kept the crispy onions and bbq sauce. The pickles were missing. They created there own burger. Bacon was good but not a replacement for brisket. This order was sabotaged seeing as half the ingredients were on the burger. Waited in line for nearly 15 minutes, the burger itself was ok just not what i paid for.

We waited to order for 5 minutes, another car pulled up next to us and placed their order almost immediately. 32 minutes later we got our food which was cold, no ice in the drink, and cold fries. Don’t need to stop there again!

Food is okay, standard Burger King fare. The tables and dining room is often not clean. Wait time for food is significant, so if your in a hurry, probably not the place for you!

Went to the drive thru and placed my order. The guy said second window. I pulled behind the two cars ahead of me. To make a long story short, after a long wait the cashier apologized and said it was on the house.

The short Mexican lady charged me an extra meal, told me about it and I said that it was fine. She asked if I wanted the coke I told her no cause I dont have extra cup holders in the front. The Mozzarella sticks were cold, the onion rings were cold, and my jalepano bites were cold. She didn’t give us the fries from the extra order also. She first asked us to get off of the scale or sensors after we ordered. I dont understand how that food could be cold. Never going back.

Waited 30 minutes or more for food and left with no food. All I asked for was 2 whoppers 1 just the sandwich and the other with a meal, and 10pc chicken nuggets. As you can see they were way off, not only did they get the order wrong They said my total was $10.05 I gave them $20.05 and my change was $9???

This has happened multiple times that I order something and they give me something completely different from what I ordered. The service isn’t the best they are usually very dry and not the most welcoming. And the food doesn’t always taste good
