On our way home from an outpatient surgery last week for my som at U of M we came across this shop.
Today was my son’s recheck so we decided to stop in on the way home.
I had a spinach and feta pie.
I also had some sort of totally delicious raspberry lemon cake and he had a slice of ultimate chocolate cake (pictured). He took a photo while I gulped mine down
We’ve already scouted out our next slices
Second visit Feb 13th. My son had a chocolate cannoli and I had another slice of the that awesome cake

I’ve been here once this was my second time returning the first time everything was awesome good drinks , good atmosphere good pastries. Well the second time I came in at the front desk was a TON of flies and nats it was absolutely disgusting when ordering the little bugs kept landing on me I was disgusted lost my appetite waisted my money and threw my drink away. Normally when there’s fruit flies and nats there’s a cleaning issue or cleanness problem and I can’t imagine if that’s the front how the back is or how clean idk what happened to this cute lil place but it’s gone downhill since and I used to love this place now i wouldn’t recommend it anymore cuz of the nasty bugs

Found this place by chance and went in with my son. Absolutely loved everything we got, zinnabar chocolate ice cream, an espresso brownie, cheesecake brownie bar, something called a Cappa which was amazing, and the espresso cheesecake stole the show for me; the flavor so good that I want to buy a whole cheesecake of it for my family. The store was clean and the staff friendly and helpful, I didn’t know what I wanted to drink and they asked questions and helped me find something new and adventurous to try (sugar plum latte-blueberry and brown sugar) and it was surprisingly delicious too. The only issue I had was there wasn’t enough parking, I had to park across the street and cross it to go inside.

I recently visited Coffee and Cream Coffee Shop for the first time and had mixed feelings about the experience. The shop itself is a nice spot with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to get some work or studying done. There are plenty of seats, restrooms available, and a good variety of offerings including coffee, lattes, hot and cold drinks, pastries, smoothies, ice creams, desserts, and more.
When I arrived, I had to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter, and unfortunately, no one acknowledged me or mentioned that they’d be right with me, which wasn’t a great start. I eventually ordered a medium chai tea latte and a spinach & feta croissant.
The service was just okay, nothing particularly standout. As for the chai tea latte, it was also just okay—it had more milk than chai, which you can tell from the light color in the picture. It wasn’t as flavorful as I was hoping, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the barista might have rushed and didn’t mix it properly or added too much milk.
The spinach & feta croissant was a bit of a letdown. When I bit into it, the filling was liquidy, which made the layers of the croissant doughy and less flaky than they should be. It wasn’t what I expected, and I wouldn’t order it again.
Overall, my experience at Coffee and Cream Coffee Shop was underwhelming. The place itself has potential with its comfortable seating and wide variety of offerings, but the food and drink I tried didn’t live up to my expectations. I’m not sure if I’d return, but if I do, I’d probably try something different on the menu and hope for a better experience.

I used to go here all the time. It’s great food and drinks. However, I went in to get a gift card for my father-in-law and they asked for his number. I didn’t have it so they asked for mine. I immediately got a text that said “Hi. here is your gift card.” So if I gave them his number he would’ve known his gift. Then they printed off a receipt. I asked where the card was. They said they can’t afford the cards. My father-in-law is 72. He is NOT going to know how to add this receipt to an app/scan thing. And the receipt (like any receipt) will wear down in his wallet or rip. Absolutely insane to offer a gift card on simply receipt paper. It’s a joke. Even a piece of cardboard would be better than that. I got a refund and will be getting an actual gift card from another shop.

There is a big difference between getting a cup of coffee and actually taking a coffee break. This place is a wonderful spot to relax, recharge and reset.
Plus the staff and ownership is top notch.
