We started out as a small shave ice shack in May of 1998. We were Sno Biz back then and were just across the street from where we are now. In early 2004, we moved into our current location. Since that time, we have been scooping some really great ice cream, making the best banana splits, sundaes of all sorts, milkshakes, malts, and floats, along with our original, authentic, Hawaiian-style shave ice. As a small, locally-owned, family business, we strive to always give excellent service and serve only the highest quality ice cream and shave ice treats possible. We want everyone to have a positive experience at Coconuts, whether at the shop or one of our mobile units, and we will always give our very best in the pursuit of this endeavor.

Really delicious ice cream with lots of fun flavors (we tried the Smoky Mountain Fudge, seasonal Pumpkin, and Strawberry Cheesecake—all fantastic!). We happened to meet the owner when we were in-line, and he was very friendly and inviting, especially as we are out-of-towners and just visiting for Yurts-giving. The shop is super cute and had a walk-up counter and a drive through, with an adjacent picnic table area that was perfect to catch some of the last rays of the day while savoring our cups. Will definitely return it back in town!

Cozy little ice cream shop. It is located in downtown cartersville. The location is a small building that has all kinds of treats. It has a drive through for cars, or a windows for you to walk up to. The ice cream was delicious. And they were open later as well. They have a nice outdoor seating area, but it can get packed real quickly. Staff was also nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place

This is a really good small town ice cream shop. Everything is very enjoyable and the cups are full and have all the advertised quality products in them. We went at Peak time on a Saturday they were super busy at drive through and walk-ups (minimal staff working) Several people got in line behind us and left because of the slow line. I think if they had more staff it might be more of an enjoyable experience for visitors. Something for management to consider but overall an excellent place to go.

Nice flavor (tastes like homemade). Just be carefull regarding the size. One small scoop is actually like a “large” one in other similar places, but if you love ice-cream, forget about it and just buy it.
