On 09/07/24 around 9:45pm I placed an ordered & said was gonna be delivered between 10:15pm & 10:40pm. Got a call around 10:20pm saying that my order was ready for delivery & no driver had picked my order to be delivered. Whoever called me was trying to get me to cancel my order & they were gonna deliver it to me if I pay for the order again. Now why would I pay for my order to be delivered when I already placed the order to be deliver to me. That’s kind of weird to ask for payment again. Just makes more sense to deliver my order when it’s already been paid. Also they said if no driver shows up to pick up my order they can’t garante I get my food. From here on out please don’t order from this place.

Ordered grub hub and got the pork banh mi sammie, fine it’s not traditional… but the worst was it had an UNGODLY AMOUNT OF SUGARY SAUCE. Was absolutely worst banh mi experience hands down.
