My husband ordered a BEEF FAJITA CHIMICHANGA. And received a ground beef chimichanga (no big deal) until we realized the ground beef was RAW!!! We proceeded to tell the server and he literally SHRUGGED IT OFF and tried to tell us “it’s the seasonings like paprika that they add” sir paprika is NOT PINK! This use to be a go to but unfortunately if nothing changes they lost our business FOR GOOD!

Wow oh wow. The taste of everything was real and fresh , undeniably some of the best tacos and food that you would find else where. The barbacoa was the perfect amount of lean and Manteca ratio. The carne guisada was so tender and full of flavor that I didn’t care who saw the gravy run down the side of my mouth it had me drooling as I took a bite!!!!! The homemade tortillas were absolutely perfect. Almost like abuella made em on the spot!!!The tea and coffee were crisp and fresh just how you expect that most times you don’t get from places. My only slight concern is I’d like to see the place a little cleaner like the ceiling tiles and some of the walls that needed some tlc but that doesn’t even matter when the service and food quality were so outstanding. From a south Texas boy , y’all keep up the great work I appreciate y’all and will be back when I’m not on the road truck driving!!!!!

The Coco Loco in Bryan is nothing but utter perfection. I had the privilege of eating here and ordering the chicken quesadilla plate. The quesadilla itself tasted amazing but it was no compare to the amazing customer service, thank you Coco Loco.

Older style mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Servers are slow, but the food is on point. I love the green sauce (they could make a fortune selling just that sauce alone) and their homemade salsa. Tortillas are fresh and soft.

Coco Loco has never disappointed me! The tacos are second to none, and the service is truly incredible. I felt very welcomed as the staff noticed me right away after my party was seated. They went above and beyond, always putting customers first and ensuring I was set up. I will definitely be coming back 20/10 experience!

Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by a kind and affectionate woman. We sat down and she immediately brought us a warm batch of chips and salsa. The warm salsa was definitely something I don’t have often so it was a welcome surprise! Thank you Coco Loco for taking care of me so well!
