Reviews
The seafood soup came out steaming and aromatic — rich broth, tender seafood, and that perfect kick of warmth that makes you slow down and savor. The pupusas were next-level: soft, comforting, and packed with flavor, the kind that makes you pause mid-bite to appreciate that someone put real love into them. The plátanos were exactly what I wanted — caramelized edges, soft centers, and that sweet-savory balance you can’t help but keep picking at.
And then the chilaquiles with carne asada… honestly, that dish could convert anyone. The chips had just the right texture, the sauce was full of depth, and the carne asada added that smoky, hearty finish that tied everything together beautifully.
From start to finish, it felt like one of those meals where you keep saying “okay, this one is my favorite,” and then the next dish comes out and proves you wrong. I’d go back in a heartbeat — Coco Bahai is absolutely worth the stop.
Staff was amazing and attentive to us!
The atmosphere was great. Overall a 10/10 experience!
The first time I went, I finished my seafood soup and ordered more menu items to go. I ended up spending over $50 on my very first visit. I wish I remembered the names of everything I ordered. But it really doesn’t matter. Everything tasted GREAT!
The food is superb! My favorite is the Seafood Soup. I could taste every spice in the crap meat. Delicious!
The breakfast menu is served all day as well. The Huevos Rancheros is delicious! I don’t know what the little cup of beige sauce is, so I leave it alone. CB, what is it and what is it’s purpose? Anyway, I ordered the fresh flour tortillas instead of the plantains… you get one or the other. The two tortillas were large and hot off of the grill. All of the food portion were large and seasoned perfectly.
I suggest trying everything on the menu, at least once. You can’t go wrong!
You will never be disappointed in the food. If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t let the hispanic male, with several tattoos, take your order. Ask for someone else… anyone else. My struggles with him, everytime he waited on me, there was a breakdown in communication. There was always pricing differences… why wasn’t I aware of this charge, etc. Everytime. He is the reason I’m never going back. Poor communication is the reason.
