As for the atmosphere, I can say that it is very welcoming, cozy, comfortable, and at the same time contemporary. There are two types of environments, the indoor one, which is more intimate, and the outdoor one, which is more summery, with slightly louder music, but it is a very beautiful place.
The bathrooms are clean, parking is a little tricky to find because the bar/restaurant is across from Worcester City Hall.
I enjoyed my entire experience at the bar/restaurant with my family and friends and will definitely be back many more times. I highly recommend it 10/10.
Despite being seated on time and the restaurant not appearing busy, service was incredibly poor. We received only one round of drinks the entire evening. The drinks we recieved were pretty good and we honestly would have easily had at least another round. We ordered appetizers and entrees together, yet entrees began arriving before appetizers. Two appetizers never came at all, even after we asked about them multiple times. A different appetizer was brought instead, and despite us politely declining it, it was left on the table anyway.
By the time most of the table had finished eating, three of us still had not received our meals. Nearly two hours into the reservation, our server finally asked how dinner was at which point we had to explain that some of us still had no food. This should have been obvious as we had no food in front of us. There was one other seated party who told the waiter they were still waiting on a kids meal for an hour and a half.
When my brisket tacos finally arrived, they did not match the menu description and were smothered in an overwhelming amount of cheese, making them nearly inedible. Another guest’s shrimp tacos arrived with the tails still on. They also had an absurd amount of shredded cheddar cheese- cold & unmelted/broiled. Literally looked like someone grabbed a bag from the fridge and slapped a couole handfuls on before bringing them out. They were sent back with a clear explanation.
We then waited… and waited. Our water carafe was taken to be refilled and never returned. Some of us never even got a glass of water because two carafes didn’t fill eight glasses. When we again asked about the shrimp tacos, the server responded, “You still wanted that?” — which was shocking given that we had not eaten.
Eventually, we decided to pay and get our friend food elsewhere. The restaurant comped only 20% of the bill, which felt inadequate given that multiple guests never received edible meals after more than two hours.
As we were putting on our coats to leave, the shrimp tacos finally appeared — with a separate check attached. We boxed them and left. Back at the hotel, we discovered the shrimp tails were still on; only the fins had been cut off.
Food quality was inconsistent (three identical dishes looked completely different and arrived at different times), the quality of food was terrible, and the overall experience was the worst service many of us have ever encountered — especially for a reserved, celebratory dinner. We watched a party of four come in and never get menus. They finally got up and got their own. I imagine they’re probably still waiting for their entrees.
One round of drinks, minimal water service, missing food, incorrect orders, and a two-plus-hour ordeal made what should have been a fun bachelorette dinner a complete disappointment. We did, however, enjoy laughing at what a joke the experience was.
The vibe is awesome, especially in the summer with the outdoor seating. They also had live music playing, which made it even better. The food is tasty, prices are fair, nothing to complain about.
We liked it so much that we came back with a big group of 20 friends. The reservation was all set when we arrived, everything went smooth, and we even celebrated a friend’s birthday. They let us bring a cake which was super cool.
Big shoutout to our waiter Cristiano, who somehow managed to take care of all 20 of us like a pro.
Honestly, I have only good things to say about this place. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
The appetizers weren’t the best I’ve tried, but they were good.
The staff was kind and attentive. When I asked about a special dessert, she already had one ready! My mom left happy.
I recommend this place — casual, welcoming, I would come back.
