The restaurant was expressed to me to be exciting, great food, and wonderful service. Well, I wasn’t fulfilled in my experience; maybe because I was with a group, we were on a tight schedule and it was very crowded. I can say the cornbread was delicious and served in small cast iron skillets. I will try again.

Great lunch prices for SO much food! The catfish was perfect. I loved the jalapeños in the cornbread. It gave it a nice flavor. This place made me feel like I was eating on a boat. Atmosphere was busy and very family friendly. It had inside and outside seating from what I could see. Parking lot is large and it has a lot for the crab restaurant right next door. You can’t beat the view!

I don’t like to put up bad reviews especially about local businesses, but hopefully management can use some feedback to make the necessary changes. We came here because it was referred to us. But we would not recommend it and definitely not be back. It was surprising to have a 30 minute wait at 4:30 on a Saturday when the place looked only to be about half full. It did fill up to near capacity by the time we finished, so I don’t know why the delay in getting people in to begin with. Even when we were taken to our table it wasn’t very full. If that was my only concern, I would not leave this review at all.

Just great fried chicken or catfish in several serving sizes with sides. Nice view of the reservoir. Efficient and friendly service. Worth the wait when busy.

Stephanie, our server, was amazing! She was doing her very best to handle multiple party tables at the same time. Food was ok. The French fries came out cold and chewy. The fish was great. My biggest complaint is the restrooms. The men’s bathroom has an intense smell of urine. This is not normal for a bathroom that is cared for. I love the location.

Atmosphere was comfortable and the view was amazing. Waiter was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t ask for a better waiter. Food was average and could have been better. The only thing that was seasoned was the fish. Not a place that I would come to on a regular basis, probably in the past, but not now. Paid $13.95 for one piece of fish cut into strips.
