This one of the best Mexican restaurants in New York. When I first walked in I noticed the bright mixed colors, positive energy and the flowers next to the bar. The staff was attentive, professional and very friendly. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas with a shrimp empanada and fresh tortillas from scratch. Now I’m a very picky eater but I must say it was absolutely delicious. You’ve got to come here, you will not regret it

So when you walk in ignore the cash only sign – that is for lunch only. This was one of the best Mexican meals I have had on the island – might be best on the island right now. Nachos were excellent – seemed like they took their homemade tortillas and fried them to make the nachos toppings were fresh burritos absolutely delicious the Mexican sausage has a touch of cinnamon in it and it pairs perfectly with everything. Even the side salad was vibrant and fresh. 10/10 go eat this restuarant. Need to keep the mom and pop shops open!!

REVISED: Placed an order at 5:22 pm for delivery that was supposed to arrive at 5:52 pm, but it arrived at 6:20 pm. (The photo below proves this). Then someone from the restaurant had the audacity to respond to my review by calling me a liar and claiming the delivery was not late. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. The driver didn’t want to bring my food to my door and called to request that I go outside to retrieve the food from her (meanwhile, that’s after I gave her more than a 20% tip.) The worst part was my order was wrong, and the quesadilla was so cold the cheese was not even melted. I will never return to this establishment.

Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You could truly taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the kitchen clearly puts a lot of heart into every plate.
Cleanliness was also top-notch, both in the dining area and the restrooms something that’s always appreciated.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves real Mexican food with a modern touch and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back soon!

This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had on the East Coast! The flautas and tostadas were to die for, the guacamole was perfectly citrusy and spicy, and the burrito comprised of the perfect proportions of rice, refried beans and protein (Al pastor – delish!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The quesadillas I ordered were just open faced tacos on tortilla shells but lacked flavor. The carnitas burrito was tasteless and full of solid pieces of fat. The guacamole was watered down. Very disappointed.

I stopped by after going to brew bar for some tacos and when I tell you these are probably one of the best tacos I’ve had they are filled with ingredients and very flavorful I was blown away, their horchata isn’t watered down it’s very smooth and milky. Amazing place
