This place was recommended to me, and I was a little unsure at first. I honestly thought I was going to a hole-in-the-wall taqueria, but this is a full blown Mexican restaurant, and a solid one at that
I don’t claim to be the expert on authentic Mexican food, but this is some of the best I’ve had to date. I wasn’t overly hungry, but I certainly ate my body weight in complementary chips and salsa. You are given a basket, red and green salsas, and refills for both. The green was especially delicious
The exterior looks to have had a facelift over the years, and the interior is well decorated. There’s also plenty of parking. We didn’t have to wait at all for a table, and it was fairly busy
As I mentioned, there are the majority of classic mexican delicacies on the menu, and some TexMex adjacent dishes, but again, I’m not the expert. I was in the mood for tacos, and that’s what I went with. There are several proteins to choose from, and you can order tacos à la carte. I wasn’t sure how big the tacos were (if they’d be street tacos sized), and I chose flour tortilla instead of corn tortillas, and the tacos were much bigger than I expected. My friend was in the mood for breakfast, and they offered that menu even though it was in the afternoon
There is a full bar, but we didn’t have any alcoholic drinks. They have jarrijitos and other drink options
Everything tasted great, and I was surprised just how affordable my meal was. I think I walked away paying close to $8 for my 2 tacos
Some tips:
This is NOT TexMex. If you’re a fan of Mexican delicacies this is a great spot for you. It also helps if you have someone who speaks Spanish. You can get by in English, but the majority of servers speak Spanish, and it definitely adds to the authentic ambiance

I had the green sauce enchiladas, unbelievable how much inedible things were in them! several small bones, and one bone that was almost 2 inches. so disappointing because i’ve tried and loved so many other menu items from there.

This place is so delicious, each time we come we are served with a smile and sat quickly. The food taste so fresh and the drinks have a lot of flavor. My little one loves the food as well. I recommended it. And thank you to Santos for the amazing service! He really made it an awesome experience!

The food here was so good. Everything we ordered was flavorful and we couldn’t get enough. We ordered lemonade, pozole, breakfast tacos, and a tostada. Ask for Jenci whenever you arrive. She was friendly and attentive.

The service was great, we were greeted instantly and attended quickly. The food was so good! I’m usually picky about where I eat, but the portions were huge and the flavors were immaculate. We ordered the enchiladas de mole and Gorditas de barbacoa. Variety of aguas, the piña colada was also delicious. Definitely will be coming back!

My wife went there today 1/2/26 with two friends. While eating a chorizo and egg breakfast taco, she bit into a staple which put a small puncture on upper patale. Brought to their attention, they apologized and offered to something else. At that point, who would trust their food. Hope wife doesn’t get an infection from the staple. Won’t be going there now. Hope to here from owner.

Ladies on drive thru are RUDE! And always messing up the food this isn’t the first time it happens that’s why I’m leaving a review. Never coming here again!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Called to make an order, lady from drive thru was rude over the phone and she sounded annoyed. Tacos were not good and had no flavor. I would not recommend this place. Service is bad! I don’t understand how they can operate a restaurant with people that can’t provide good customer service.
