First time and we absolutely will be back .
The cocina 85 fries are huge. And that was their “appetizer” portion.
Our server Jose was on top of everything from the moment we walked in.
My husband loves the pollo con mole and the shrimp costa azul was so good too. And the share-able desert .. omg !
Can’t wait to come back .

Amazing food and very good service. I tend to have stomach issues after eating at some establishments, but did not find that to be the case here. So at least for me their ingredients are very good. So we will be coming back for the quality of food as well as the service.

Was looking for some good Mexican food, so we decided to try Cocina 85. I was thoroughly impressed by the food, the attentive service (our server was amazing) and the atmosphere. The red beef enchilada, and shredded beef tacos were delicious. The chili relleno was one of the best I have had in a long time. The fresh churros topped off a delicious meal. I would highly recommend this place as the food is highly authentic and some of the best in the area. So many other offerings on the menu I can’t wait to try.

I love the street tacos! Authentic Mexican food. Photos: 2 Carne asada street tacos, Flautas combo, side salad (without tomatoes), and grilled chicken street taco without cilantro. Also, with chips & mild salsa

The food was excellent, the 2 gentlemen working this evening (Cashier/Server and Cook) were super sweet and provided AMAZING service. Didn’t know this place even existed as it’s tucked away a little bit, but that’s perfect if you want to go somewhere away from your typical noisy packed restaurants and have a enjoyable evening as a couple, friends, family or heck even yourself. My son had the the 2 Cheese Enchilada plate, which he inhaled and came close to licking his plate clean lol. I had the Chilaquiles plate and added Carne Asada. Both entrees were AMAZING. I can normally finish my food and I had to pack half of it up to take home. We also ordered a Carne Asada burrito to take home to try and for dessert we had the Fried Ice Cream. We have found one of our new favorite places and can’t wait to go back again. Next on my list to try….their Albondigas
***Disclaimer…couldn’t get a good picture of the Enchilada plate…my son dug into it too fast ♀️but you can kinda see it in the picture of the Chilaquiles. Also, the pictures don’t do the plates justice showing how much food it really is.***

I love this place. Authentic & fresh food. I go on Meatless Mondays for a potato taco & cheese enchilada a la carte. Never disappointed

We were in the area, so we did a search of good restaurants nearby. This popped up as 4.8 stars so we decided to try it. At first, we were skeptical because for noon on a Sunday, it was empty. Nonetheless, we went in. Ordered a chimichanga and albondigas soup. Then more and more customers started coming in and getting seated. BEST albondigas soup I’ve ever had, and I order them often when I eat at Mexican restaurants. The fried chimichanga was delicious, too. Service was quick, attentive & pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

Stopped for lunch with the fam on a road trip. Everyone had a fantastic meal. The al pastor taco had incredible flavor, my crispy taco was perfect and the wet burritos were delicious. Don’t miss the horchata. I’m celiac and had plenty of great choices. Fun atmosphere, great service, best value on our trip… already planning to stop here otw home. 10/10.

Food was okay. It was a bit bland but not as bad as other places I’ve tried. I was disappointed about the spicy level of the camarones a la diabla. I requested the hottest they have and was given a plate that hardly had any spice.
