As a parent to small children, they get extra stars simply for having this area for families! Also the food is delicious! We loved it. When you’re a parent, having something to entertain the kids while you’re trying to get a bite eat is sooo welcomed. I appreciate that they are so thoughtful with this part of the restaurant. Also, their cook is trying to raise money for her mother to get a knee replacement. I thought I’d put this out there so the public knows 🙂

Nice small town diner. Friendly staff and a surprisingly good Bloody Mary. Don’t get the steak and eggs if you like steak… The “steak” was about as thick as the sole of your shoes and less tasty. The hash browns, by comparison, were crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and absolutely delicious. Good coffee.

A solid Route 66 type of place. Family atmosphere with old school food and pretty decent coffee. You won’t find frou frou food, but you will find menu items that are easily understood, easy to eat, and will hold you over til the next meal. This visit we had breakfast and enjoyed a good chat. Many people come here to meet up with buddies or get the kids fed. It’s a clean and tidy no-nonsense diner. We like it.

I’ve had the fish and chips as well as cod burger. The breading on the fish is well seasoned and memorable. The french fries are on my top 10. Anytime Anita has waited on me, the service has been great. She’s friendly, chatty, suggests menu items, serves food when it’s ready, offers drink refills, checks to make sure everything is okay. Now the rest of the wait staff… have managed to bring my correct order.

Went here for breakfast this morning to celebrate Grandparents Day. They were very buisy because of the Rod Run Event. Besides all that. We had very good service. And the food was hot and very good. And the coffee was awsome. I would highly recommend going here. The staff are very nice. And the inside of the restaurant is very clean.
