Coalfire definitely lives up to the fame. The pizza is interesting – I had the “nudge #4” and it was a unique experience. The vibe is nice, the service is fast and polite, and the menu, while limited, is exciting. I saw people coming in and having a consistently pleasant time. I have no reason to give it anything less than 5 stars because the quality is absolutely there.
However, I probably wouldn’t come back again unless it was a very special occasion that required this exact vibe. The pizzas are pricey, with some reaching $27, which is a lot to sign up for willingly. Additionally, they add a 3.99% service charge by default, which feels a bit much considering tip is still expected on top of that. It is a great place, but the cost makes it a “one-and-done” or special event spot for me.

The pizza is the star here, specifically the nudge #4, which offers a very interesting flavor profile. While the menu is limited, every option feels curated and exciting. Just be aware of the pricing – $27 for a pizza is on the higher end, and there is a mandatory 3.99% service charge added to the bill before the tip.
Noteworthy Details
* Service: Fast, polite, and professional.
* Pricing: Expect to pay around $27 per pizza; be mindful of the default 3.99% service charge.
* Vibe: Great for special occasions or when you want a specific, high-quality pizza atmosphere.
* Menu: Limited selection but very creative and well-executed.

The pizza is made then placed in a coal fire oven for 90 sec. Authentic neapolitan style thin crust large pizzas. Fresh ingredients I had the pepperoni with ricotta cheese. It was good, but probably would X out the ricotta next time crust was on point. 100% recommend!

Pizza is delicious! One of my favorite Ceasar salads would be from here as well! Focaccia was so fluffy and light. Staff were all friendly and kind. Definitely a neighborhood place.

Ahhh-mazing & truly delicious. Spot was recommended & didn’t disappoint. Mid-day date with the hubs, and we ordered the Jalapeño Pepperoni & Bacon Jam pizzas. My only negative (nitpicking) was the cost of apps, but it’s expensive everywhere, right? Definitely plan to return and try another pie.

Family owned style pizzeria. Thin crust cooked/“coalfired” in a clay oven in an open kitchen.

We ordered the broccolini burrata to start. The broccolini was served cold which was odd.

We ordered the Stracciatella & Sausage Pizza. The flavors were amazing! However the pizza crust was really burnt. The burnt flavor over powering everything else. The dough consistency was stretchy so I know it could taste good!

We recently had dinner at Coalfire really enjoyed their Jalapeno Pepperoni which was nicely baked thin crust with a good amount of char. Savoury tomato sauces, cheese, pepperoni and jalapeno were all good quality and tasty. This was a really good pizza, one we’d gladly return to reorder.

Food delivery was late. They use their own delivery drivers so it’s not on Uber eats. Usually delayed orders still show up warm. First time ever to have cold pizza delivered. Pizza was cold and floppy. No crispness. Ordered 3 pies and all cold soggy and floppy.

On a pizza tour and this is one of our stops. Had the lasagna pizza and the bacon jam. Both were excellent.
