I was told by several friends that this was the place for some good shawarma so figured I’d give it a try. It was honestly pretty decent although not everyone in my party agreed. The portion here is very generous and I was very full afterwards. The meat seemed a bit dry but the hummus was pretty good. The pita was kind of hard and not really warm either so I basically skipped on that. Not sure if this is the norm but they don’t have any water and only seems bottled water, and they charge for tiny cups of sauce. The folks here seemed nice though and the price was good for what you got so i wouldn’t mind coming here again.

In my two visits to Dallas, I made this place as my morning “must stop”. The falafel is phenomenal and service is super friendly and fast. The owner is a very friendly person and always checks on customers to see if they need anything or have anything to share about the whole experience overall. I loved this place and really miss it. I live in Sac, CA and I’m jealous that Sac doesn’t have such a wonderful restaurant not even close. Will visit again for sure in my future trips. Highly recommended.

High quality (and quantity) food at very reasonable prices. And the people are very lowkey and hospitable. This is the perfect hole in the wall. Wish I lived closer so that I could go more often.
Our two favorites:
– Chicken shawarma: fantastic seasoning and flavor
– Falafel sandwich

The place is impeccably clean and well-organized. We frequently enjoy breakfast there. Finding a seat is always easy, and the food is delicious. The service is commendable, and the prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. This place exemplifies a simple yet excellent Arabic restaurant.

Bilad Bakery & Restaurant is a true hidden gem in Richardson. The fresh samoon bread is warm, crisp, and perfect with hummus or zhug. Their shawarma is tender, juicy, and full of flavor, paired with bright tabbouleh and smoky baba ghanouj. Don’t miss the desserts baklava and kunafa are outstanding. Friendly service, generous portions, and authentic taste make this place a must-visit for anyone craving Middle Eastern cuisine.

Quite possibly the best iraqi shawarma I have ever had in Dallas. It was so juicy and delicious, the meat is seasoned to perfection. This place is busy during lunch time and for good reason; the food is amazing. 1000/10 would reccomend you to try this place and especially their shawarma.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere.
The mixed shawarma platter hits the spot. Fresh ingredients, very generous portions, and delightfully pleasant staff. You also get oven-fresh bread with your meal ❤️ Quick food prep is a big positive as well. The perfect go-to spot for a quick meal with friends or family.
