*Responding to the manager of the restaurant*
This is not the first time the manager of the restaurant is being very defensive as I have read other customers past reviews…where the manager claims the review is fake and it’s from a COMPETITOR…..LMAO!!
Clearly, the manager flat out LIES and the restaurant doesn’t care about the service provided to the customers and often PRESSURE customers to write good review..
Such SCAMMERS!!!!
AVOID at all cost!
First of all, I would like to start by saying our server, Austin was excellent. We ordered Bun Cha, Banh Xeo, and Beef spring roll. Food was alright and towards the end of our meal, we were given our check. We noticed a 10% service charge on our bill. They also don’t know HOW to COUNT so we never got our change back for the extra cash we put down as we weren’t carrying small bills with us. The store was taking a long time to prepare our change because they needed to look the ” camera footage”. SHOCKING. We ended up leaving as we didnt want to wait. PLEASE Make sure you CHECK your BILL before paying, don’t get SCAMMED like we did!!!!

Came here with good mood and hoping for a pleasant dinner.
Had to wait a while till we can order.
after 30mins drink arrived for my husband, he finished his drink and after another while his food arrived.
So i asked discretely about my drink to which she said quite loudly in the middle of the room waving her arms around
“we only have one cook in the kitchen and as you can see we have a lot of customers.”
Her english was sufficient. She knew what she was doing.
everyone around started looking at our table, at me and my husband.
As though i should know about their personnel Situation and i should know how much customers they have. It was our first time there.
She then went to the counter to talk to her colleagues while looking at our table.
Not only did we eat at separate times, we were shamed for dining and paying.
Insensitive. Proud and simply unpleasant.

My first Bún Chả experience — and wow… what a start!
I finally tried traditional Vietnamese Bún Chả for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. The grilled pork was smoky, juicy, and perfectly caramelized. The broth was light but full of flavor — slightly sweet, slightly tangy, perfectly balanced. Fresh herbs and rice noodles tied everything together beautifully.
You don’t just eat this dish — you experience it. The combination of warm grilled meat with cool noodles and fresh greens is something special.
If this was my first Bún Chả, I can’t wait for the next one. Vietnam keeps surprising me in the best way!

We went here because of the high reviews, and went away disappointed. Food was average at best. The nem ran was small, it has very little meat in its wrappings. My bun cha was brought out in shift. Meat came out first, then noodle. By this time, the meat was stoned cold.
I do not know what this high rating come from? The food is average, on par with many street food vendors’. The place is dirty, dust and moldy spots in every corner. The bathroom is gross with dirty drags laying on the sink. Overall, this restaurant is more a marketing success than a cooking success.
Dirty restaurant, average food with small portion, and with high price point. This one earns my generous 2 star.

Tony was a very good waiter and the service was superb. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant order the tilapia with mango sauce. You will not be disappointed. It is a big dish make sure you share. They are very very kind here as well. They are very kind and give you extra rice as well when you are out.

Run, do not walk to this restaurant as fast as you can! Austin, our server, was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with making suggestions for our dinner. We ordered the Vietnamese pancake and the garlic shrimp skewers with rice….both were delicious and priced just right. Beer was ice cold too!!!!
