We ordered this fried chicken from this place and took it home last night. To out horror, we found what looked like CHICKEN HAIR on several pieces. It was absolutely disgusting!!! We had to throw the entire meal away immediately and couldn’t eat anything. We were so starving at that time!!!! It was really a traumatic experience. We actually reported the issue through their contact email with photos, but we haven’t received any response! So, we are leaving this review. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I wish I hadn’t been so excited for my mozzdog because I got home and opened up fried chicken instead. I don’t eat chicken. Two stars bc the tea was fine. Tried emailing the company for a refund since the place was closed when I got home but what ya gonna do. Guess I shoulda double checked before I left!

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. I ordered two items: the chicken gizzards and the snow chicken. The snow chicken came out completely wrong—just plain fried chicken with no snow sauce or onions, even though I paid extra for them. On top of that, my chicken gizzards never came out at all.
When I brought it up, the staff acted like I was the problem. They told me the gizzards didn’t come with the chicken—as if I didn’t know what I ordered. I clearly ordered two separate items! After a long, confusing back-and-forth using Google Translate because no one spoke English, they finally admitted the gizzards were accidentally placed in someone else’s bag.
Even after all that, they still refused to give me the sauce and onions that were supposed to come with the snow chicken. Unbelievable.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one having issues. All the other customers in the restaurant looked frustrated and upset with their service too.
To the owner: FIRE these two employees. I came in on 7/14/25 at 11 PM and was served by a young Hispanic woman and man. Their attitude, lack of communication, and refusal to fix their mistakes completely ruined the experience. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.

Health hazard. So disappointed. I ordered delivery and they cancelled my order and were no longer accepting orders…totally fine. Over two hours later I saw they were accepting orders again so I placed my same order again. It was delivered however I noticed the chicken was room temperature and soggy as I bit into it. Ive gotten delivery from here before and it is usually hot. I looked at the bag and to my surprise it was my original order that I had placed over 2 hours prior. As yall know chicken sat out for that long can not be consumed. I decided to just go up to the place at this point to get a fresh order..despite the fact that I paid double the price for delivery as im not feeling well and have a badly sprained wrist. The guy behind the counter didnt even say a word to me, he just handed me a bag (My 2nd order that was still sitting behind the counter and now has also been sitting out for a while) with a weird look and immediately walked away to attend someone else. NO APOLOGY, no acknowledgement, no nothing. Bizarre interaction. AND the drink was missing on the 2nd order. Not coming back to this location..vibes and customer service are off.

All the food we ordered was delicious. We were traveling and stopped because they had great reviews. We will definitely come back anytime we drive through. The staff was all lap helpful and nice.

Great place to eat and great customer service. Hands down the best drumstick plate in the city. I highly recommend this place and will be returning often, they just earned a regular customer for life. I also love how they stay open until 3am but provide great service all the way to end. Priscilla was very polite and made sure I was taken care of.

Horrible experience. Fully convinced if they weren’t open so late every night this place would be shut down.
1. Overpriced food-tiny portions
2. Dirty restaurant-bathroom smelled like death and was infested with fleas
3. Poor customer service, no one speaks english and they ignore you when you ask for help and just point to the kiosk. Never coming back. $25 spent on garbage

it seems the chef changes often. Almost every time it tasted different. It’s burned today.

We picked up a whole chicken with two flavors – garlic spicy and garlic soy. They both are really good. A lot of food. We definitely will go back. Seasoned fries was another surprise.
