This was my first time trying this location and it was absolutely horrible! The “loaded fries” came with a drop of sauce and like 5 pieces of chicken, the food was disgusting and stale, I don’t recommend this location, save your time and money! Paid $28 for bs.

Great experience overall! The food truck is conveniently located in a gas station parking lot, with a brightly lit menu featuring clear pricing and pictures of the dishes. Both the service and food were excellent. We waited about 10–15 minutes for our wings, but it was worth it. Prices were reasonable, and they use a handy system that sends you a text when your order is ready—no need to stand around waiting.

This was so overrated and expensive I’ve seen videos on it and would always pass it up cuz I live nearby, fries were ridiculously salty I couldn’t finish even with ketchup. I got spice level of hot and it wasn’t hot frl the chicken tenders was not it. The toasted bread was hard could barley bite into it I paid a total of 16.67 for 2 tenders and sum fries my friend paid 28 because he got a shake but he was just as disappointed

food truck in parking lot of gas station. Excellent food but no seating available. I got the burger with “hot” heat level, and I felt it was hot! this being from someone who loves spicy sandwiches, i think just tone down a level from your regular spice level when you are ordering but would def recommend it to everyone!!

1- food is decent compared to the original location, although the sandwich needs to be packaged in a bigger box, it was squeezed into the box. Also, the cheesy fries need more cheese unless just like any regular waffle fries (just my opinion).
2- customer service was good but can be better. The guys have a good attitude with me as a new customer in this location. They messed up my order for the first time by giving me the cheesey bun instead of the coleslaw, I went back and fixed it up to me by giving me a new order.
3- the chicken had a weird taste, not sure if it’s the species or the oil.
Overall rate; 3.5/5. I still recommend clutch city over the other fried chicken restaurants down the street.

It was great in some aspects and bad in others. I got wings, fries with chicken tender pieces and cheese in it and a shake. The shake was good, not great but good, I’d consider it an above average fast food shake. The fries were amazing, the chicken tenders were tasty and juicy, the actual fries were fresh and it just came together beautifully. The wing sauce was pretty good, the actual wings are like baby wings, I compared them to the wings I get at HEB and they may be half the size if I’m being generous. Lastly, I don’t complain about service, and if somebody wants to go home that’s cool. But the when I went to get my food the guy just stared at me and I was like “hey my name is X I’m getting an Uber Eats order. Doesn’t say anything, turns around, grabs it, puts it down in front of me and just stares me down, doesn’t say a word. Was a bit weird, if he would’ve looked at me like he didn’t want me to be there, that’s fine but the look was more like he wanted me to die in a car crash on the way home.

Im Giving This Place 5 Stars & This Is Why , Customer Service Is Everything & The Food Was A 5/10 . Tender Basket Tenders Wasn’t As Hot As They Should Have Been Season/Taste Wise & Waffles For Tenders Was Cold But It Tasted Like Ice Cream , I Really Like That Taste . Cups Of Ranch Are Half Full Though So Get A Couple If You Love Ranch.

My first time trying this place, hugely disappointed that the sandwiches advertised aren’t similar to what was served, I ordered the #1 and the two chicken tenders were extremely small they weren’t even longer than the width of the bread, minimal flavor/heat and I ordered medium hot, the fries were hot and a good proportion but minimal cheese, my order was prepared quickly and customer service was good. I don’t think I will be returning bc the sandwich doesn’t match the cost.
