The food was great, fried jalapeños, the cheesy waffle fries, parmesan garlic wings, bbq wings, and chicken strips were excellent. The location was clean and neat. They were very busy so I dont know if that played into the downsides, but here they are. They had no ice so we didn’t get our Ice tea or soft drinks, had to get canned drinks instead of our free refill drinks. We didnt get taken care of on that since they didnt offer any substitutes other than can drinks that cost 50 cents and it wasn’t our fault they were out of ice. The staff was friendly and nice but they didn’t come to the front counter very often, didn’t greet customers, and didn’t remedy the drink issue so that was lacking.

The cluck it wrap was about 5x smaller than the picture. Had two small pieces of chicken that was mostly batter. Mostly tortilla and dry. The picture looked so good but the actual product was disappointing oh not to mention is was $15.99 on DoorDash smh ♀️

My flight got cancelled so I had to spend an extra night at the hotel next-door to the restaurant. I popped in and totally loved the shrimp tacos. And I also a wonderful staff member named Kimberly, who was really helpful in giving me ideas of what to see what I went to Houston and was very sweet and can’t speak enough about the customer service.
