I absolutely loved this restaurant!
The interior is stunning — everything is new, modern, and beautifully designed with high-quality materials and furniture. I really appreciate this style, and it looks exactly like the photos. The menu is small but creative, with unique dishes and refined sauces. All the plates and glassware were spotless and in perfect condition.
The staff, from hosts to servers, were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. While the hotel itself is out of my budget, it’s wonderful to come here for lunch or dinner.
I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter while in the area recently, and everything was amazing! Pleasant, comfortable atmosphere, and our waitress was super efficient. Our food came out super fast, everything was hot and delicious! We ordered the Ceasar Wrap and Club Sandwich and they were great! Prices within reason for the location and comparable to others. Will definitely be back!

Chef Dan and his crew are absolute wizards in the kitchen and at the table. A+ on service, food and atmosphere. Best meal I’ve had downtown in ages. The Chicken Schnitzel was the best I’ve ever had and the Artichoke dip was incredible.

Cannot believe this restaurant exists in Cleveland! Absolutely gorgeous. Both wine and food outstanding. The chicken schnitzel was comforting, yet bright with so much flavor. Loved the vibe and super friendly service. A true gem.

Fabulous. Drinks were amazing. Food was delicious. Dinner was so good we forgot to take photos. Westside Market Place, Local New York Strip, Chicken Schnitzel all worth a taste. The Water Lily was beyond delicious. White Russian perfect.

Great atmosphere, phenomenal service, and top notch food. Gnocchi had big chunks of lobster, and the chicken schnitzel was outstanding. Drinks were on point as well. If you’re staying at the hotel, go. If you’re downtown for an event, go.

Our family went to Club Room for Christmas Day dinner. We were very impressed! The projection specialist was excellent as was the wonderful chicken schnitzel and pasta dishes! Service was great other than one meal was delayed for several minutes and when it arrived, the waitress indicated we would not be charged for it. This is a definite plus for Cleveland restaurants!

At the Club Room, we had a gourmet breakfast – Cleveland’s breakfast and Avocado Toast – highly professional & very attentive service (thanks Carolyn!), highly satisfying unique eats and generous portions!
Every detail felt high end from the chic atmosphere, to the place settings with cloth napkins. Thanks again for making it was positive and memorable.

Great food, good service, a transcendent ambience that feels a bit like a time loop. They accommodated my dietary restriction with ease, and my colleague had the “best Caesar salad with salmon” of his life. The meals were plated with care, but it never felt like it was trying too hard. A perfect stop on the way to downtown events.
