We went on 2/14/26. Very busy, which I knew. Out of 4 ladies bartending. Only 1 ( tall, young blonde) had a smile on her face or even came over to us. I bartend as well and was just so disappointed in the lack of customer service. If you can’t smile and be friendly……maybe hospitality is not for you!!!!!!!! Had same bad experience at fortunes!!!!!!

Was just there tonight 8/14/2025. Not as good as last visit in April2025. Our waiter asked us twice(2 different times ♀️)for our drink order. The raspberry ice tea was awful. Diluted! The FF were not hot. The only thing that saved this review was the sandwiches: French dip & Mushroom burger.

Sat at the bar last night and played video poker…even won a few bucks. It’s a great bar with wonderful bartenders and very fair prices. Wife and I split the beef on wick and wing combo … absolutely delicious!

I don’t gamble. My wife does. I I come here to watch sports, drink and eat. This particular time, I ordered quesadias, and literally, with 5 minutes, I get them nut one side is soggy like they had been sitting for a bit. I approached bartender and explained my concern, but it didn’t seem to phase her at all. She wS more busy cleaning beverage glasses than spek to me. I tried to regain her attention once again, but was met with disregard. Needless to say I went back to my table and ate what I could. I don’t think I will order food here again.

Had lunch while on a bus trip to Batavia Downs Gaming. I ordered athe Philly Cheese Steak Hoagie that came with chips. It was good and worth the cost. The server was attentive but not intrusive.

Batavia Downs is located right off the thurway exit 48.
Very easy to get to the race track and the casino. The parking lot is large enough for big crowds. It is clean and well maintained. Great job to the employees who do the work
The entrance doors are always clean and inviting you in.
Walking in, the security officers welcome me in with a smile and wishing me good luck.
Walking to the Blue zone restaurant the interior was clean and organized. The casino was very busy and I wonder how long was the wait. I walked into the restaurant and found a table that was being cleaned, told me to have a seat with a smile.
Great timing.
They took my order fast!
I had my food in no time and it was yummy like always. Great job to the cooks.
There was not one table empty in the restaurant and the service was excellent.
When you eat there you get free play tickets you can use on the slot machines.
Good deal.
After eating and drinking I tried my luck and got lucky. My day ended perfect.
Thank you Batavia Downs for all your hard work keeping me and my family having a great time enjoying ourselves.

Drinks are a pretty good price. Bartenders are great. The bar is beautiful. Fish and chips were also pretty good.
