This review is for the Westford location only. I was excited to get the Nashville hot mushroom as I thoroughly enjoyed it last year although the powder was a bit much. I was a little reluctant to order from this location but I took a chance and oh boy! The portion of food I received was literally half of what I usually receive at other locations. The fries were burnt and size of a kid McDonald fries and my sandwich was full of the corn cream mayo but only half portion of the mushroom. I threw half of my sandwich away. I didn’t like the cream of mayo and I don’t recall it being on the sandwich last year. I did like the fact there’s sauce instead of the powder.

Placed an order, went to the location and it was closed during regular hours. Waited almost an hour and no one showed up. Wholefoods did everything they could to remedy the situation but they were unable to cancel the order or give me a refund. There was no way to cancel the order online either. I will not be returning to Clover for any other meals in the future.

Stopped into this location inside of Whole Foods for a quick, vegan lunch. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious – I especially loved my chickpea ball platter. There was more food than I expected and the pita was warm and yummy!

I’ve ordered a few times in the past from here but I think this is the last time I’ll be doing that. Ordered their mushroom parm sandwich ($14) and what I got was what looked like a pita shell stuffed haphazardly with lettuce and mushroom fritters with sauce thrown on top. Also, half of the sandwich was covered in grease. Just terrible. Like this has to be on purpose, right? Almost feels racist to be quite honest.

Clover has great vegetarian options! The chickpea fritter sandwich is their best seller and I totally see why… so delicious. I’m looking forward to trying everything on the menu!

Chickpea fritter and their rosemary french fries are my staple; they’re so good. The French fries are super thin and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Their Japanese sweet potato sandwich is also 10/10 but it’s seasonal

Delicious pita sandwiches and platters but not your typical sandwich shop. Their menu changes frequently but they update the menu online each day. Wonderfully different ingredients, never thought I’d love a turnip sandwich.

The food, when done correctly, is very good. I’m no vegetarian, but the food here is very tasty.

However, multiple times I’ve had wrong food given to me in my order.

When I used to live in Burlington, the Clover location there was a lot more consistent. I get that the location in Westford is in a smaller space in Whole Foods, so I still buy here from time to time, but if you are in range of other Clover locations, it’s better to eat at those places.

Okay it’s time
I stopped coming here after being a long time consumer.

I’ve been a pescatarian for over 2 decades. It’s certainly difficult to find places that own their vegetarian menus vs it’s being one item at the bottom of side dish menu at most establishments.

Clover owns being vegan/veggie friendly—AWESOME

HOWEVER. The food quality, ingredients and price points do not align.

I’m in NYC routinely (just got back from another trip) and I found myself in a conversation talking about how insanely delicious falafel dishes are in NY. The portion & sides you’re getting is what you’d expect. Lofty, filling and mouth watering.

And for the same price at clover I’m getting microscopic deep fried batter balls with side dishes that make your stomach rumble afterwards.

I never quite felt right after eating their food and my husband can vouch the grand differences in cost and quality.

Farewell friends. It was a good ride

Delicious and creative vegan sandwiches!! Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I just wish they didn’t add cheese to the meatballs, we would have loved to have tried them. Other than that, five stars!!
