Gave this place a try since I’m breastfeeding and needed something filling. They did NOT disappoint. Will be ordering from her more often. The fact that the protein shake was made with almond milk automatically without me asking also very rich and smooth not clumps. 10/10
the food was flavorful, chicken had a nice crispy crunch to some pieces suggesting it was grilled to perfection. The sauce was the perfect amount not too much but just enough to wet the rice, and the rice was cooked just enough (as a latina I know a thing or two about rice) nice and fluffy 10/10 for the whole thing! I ordered through DoorDash and the food came hot and not at all soggy, loved it!

I had an unpleasant experience while ordering here. While waiting for my food, I saw one of the cooks drop a spatula on the floor and continue preparing my food with the same utensil without changing it. This is extremely unsanitary and concerning. Basic food safety protocols weren’t followed, which made me uncomfortable eating the meal. Cleanliness and proper handling of utensils should be a priority in any food establishment.

I’ve been to this location as a regular for some time. It’s extremely disappointing experience most times I walk in people don’t greet you or even are on the phone not paying attention to the customer. Management is unprofessional and disorganized I’m pretty sure that’s why the employees act unprofessional as well. The food is half-ass cooked and clearly rushed with no attention to quality or consistency. Employees are treated poorly, I hear hirer ups cursing and talking foul in front of customers like that creates a tense and uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. That happened to me a few times I was hella shocked . On top of that, the place is run by people who don’t seem to understand how to properly run a business is all I can see. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

I really tried and wanted to give this place a 5 star review. Over the course of past 6 months I’ve spent hundreds buying their food and introduced several others. Believe me I have given this place 6 chances, yes 6 times I told them no cheese (lactose intolerant, noted dozen times) and they have put cheese as well as mixed up other ingredients totalling up more than $180 wasted. My kids wraps were often messed up as well and I think today is indeed the last time I’ll be going there. Too much money gone down the drain and too little care about what the customer has repeatedly asked for. I hope things will turn around and get better for any new customers in the future.

I’m really disappointed because I’ve ordered from Clean Plate several times before, both for meal prep and through Uber Eats/DoorDash, and I’ve never had any issues with the quality, appearance, or taste of the food.
However, my most recent order (delivered this past Sunday) was a complete letdown. I ordered three different meals, and all of them felt rushed and were honestly inedible. The teriyaki chicken, which used to be grilled well and served over rice with vegetables, looked more like low-quality cafeteria chicken this time around. The steak meal, which came with mashed potatoes and asparagus, was especially concerning — the steak had a slightly green tint.
I also requested a substitution of broccoli instead of asparagus, but that request was ignored.
This experience was very disappointing, especially given how consistent they’ve been in the past. Unfortunately, after this order, I won’t be ordering from Clean Plate again.

I’ve been here a few times and honestly have mixed reviews. The food is pretty decent and taste good. However, the customer service is god awful. The girl at the register has the worst attitude every time I’ve got food from there. Everything from sly remarks to eye rolls. If you don’t like your Job apply elsewhere?

The managers dont know how to run a proper business. One manager is saying one thing and the other is saying something COMPLETELY different. The one manager Ceasar seems to always look mean, uptight, and that he doesnt live a happy life! If you are that unhappy then this is not a business you should be apart of. A young man name Ben REEKED of alcohol as he was taking my order. He then decided to change his uniform right in front me and other customers which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The protein balls were out of stock for 5 DAYS STRAIGHT! There are a handful of workers whom i am sure that they are capable enough to make them and keep it stocked up! Food tastes great but the professionalism is NOOOOT THERE!
