Classics is a local favorite. Friendly staff knows regulars by name and do well at keeping the dining room clean and items stocked. Great burgers and fried foods in a easy going atmosphere. Order at the counter, get your own fountain drink, and food is brought to the table of your choosing when ready. Food is brought out pretty quickly, even with so many items being freshly prepared to order. A good, locally-owned spot for a quick and casual lunch or to sit around and visit for a while.

Popular burger spot. Senior burger was just the right amount. It comes with fries and drink. Food was served hot, and it was delicious. Clean place. Parking is not plentiful; however, we lucked out by getting a spot near the entrance.

Impressive, old school burger joint. The restaurant was clean, the service great and the food was out quick during the lunch rush, and more importantly, the burgers were outstanding. Fries were excellent as well. If you’re in Kerrville, coming to Classics should be a priority.

Delicious, fast and economical burger joint!! Delicious burgers, fries and onion rings. We got the senior meal which was a little smaller than the regular meal. Perfect size for us! We will visit again when in town shopping.

The JBS classic is my favorite burger here. Got my burger with onion rings. Delicious! My wife ordered their new Philly cheese steak fries with jalapeños, bell peppers, and onions. Very clean restaurant with classic decor. Elvis Presley, Ann Margret, cars and motorcycles.

After a long drive, this place hit the spot. Part of our road trip was to eat at local places along the way. The serving sizes are huge and the prices reasonable. The burgers were fresh, but the wait for them was not excessive.

Typically I write Classics burgers Five stars and hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had in my life every time. This is coming from someone who travels on crew ships for work and has eaten Johnny Rockets and Guy Fieri burgers At least two dozen times in the past year. I even told the delivery driver that today. So when I opened my box and saw that there was no way I could pick up the chili burger without getting chili all over me, I figured no problem, I can eat it with a knife and fork this time. And then I tasted the fries in there was absolutely no flavor on them. I want to stress this is not typical at all for Classics burgers, but I was disappointed today. I spoke to the manager and let him know. He didn’t offer me a refund or anything like that and I didn’t ask. But I spent $16.08 a burger and fries that I deemed worthy of that price and I just don’t think I got my moneys worth this time.
This will not put me off of getting Classics burgers again. I have eaten at this restaurant for at least 15 years or more and have never experienced anything negative. I guess I can allow this to happen at least once in 15 years
Classix still the go to place that I send people to who are looking for a great meal. When I come back from being off to see for 15 days, I’m sure will hit them up again and hopefully the burgers and fries that I am accustomed to eating will be stellar as it typically is.

It’s 7:11 PM and I tried to order for delivery and was told that they took their last delivery of the night already even though the place closes at 8 PM. I told them I literally live half a mile away and I’m not feeling well, but they refused to deliver even though it would take them less than 10-min to get to my house & back to the restaurant.
I’m disappointed, and the fact that they wouldn’t even consider the delivery to such a close place is frustrating.
Typically I would give the food five stars, my original post had given them three stars because of the way the food arrived upon delivery. And now I’ve updated this to reflect two stars because of the customer service.
