Next time go straight to happy hound or dona Maria’s, heck mcdonalds is better than this.
Cooking at home is even better .
Fries are fried well, albeit missing any pizzazz. We will go back to try the onion rings
Classic Burger is back!! I’ve been a couple times the past couple months and they’re serving fresh, hot, old fashioned burgers and shakes for a good value. I would pass up McD’s down the street and get a much better meal at Classic. The owner also serves chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, kids meals, fried appetizers and rice plates.
Update 3/25. 3 stars
Haven’t been to Classic Burger in quite awhile and decided to give it a try. I was impressed and my experience was good. I was focused on a cheeseburger meal and didn’t peruse the menu in its entirety. Parking was easy and the place was fairly busy. A mix of newbies and regulars (by the way they ordered). I ordered a cheeseburger meal which was a quarter pound cheeseburger fries and a Diet Pepsi. $15! I was elated based upon the rise in meal pricing at fast food places. At Classic Burger I got a tasty complete meal for the same if not less than the McD’s down the street. I’m a renewed fan. Stars kicked up to three from one based on my current experience and tasty food.
New owner after almost two decades of “Lu” serving classic cheeseburgers and shakes at a good value to her customers.
Prices have shot up about 50% on some items. Check the past menu prices versus today. I ordered a large chocolate shake today…it was $8.15 !! Still a fairly good tasting shake but there’s no value with the price charged. Patty melts are close to $8. Condiments are at request and given to you one packet at a time. There’s now a TV in the dining room which hasn’t changed otherwise. I hope the new owner can find happy middle ground between serving good food at a fair price but for now-I’m no longer a fan. Super Duper, Main St Burger, Lou’s and others are all in Town offering a great alternative.
Their chicken sandwich is fire and simple too. Can’t go wrong with their shakes.
