I had pre-ordered for dine-in via the mobile app, but was met with a swift handover of a takeaway bag—no greeting, no interaction. The store’s emptiness echoed my disappointment.
A simple “Hello” or a smile would have transformed the experience, filling the void left by the empty seats. It’s these small touches that turn a quick meal into a pleasant memory. Here’s hoping for a warmer visit next time.

This burger king is worse than the Dallas cowboys organization my stuffed animals can run this establishment better than these lost causes the food was decent but other than that the employees treated us like garbage. They could not get our orders ready to be eaten until 20 minutes after we ordered it I went with my friends here at dinner time and the service and the atmosphere were was trash DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO EAT GOOD AND HAVE FUN WITH YOUR BOYS!!!!!! MCDONALDS OVER BK ALL DAY!!!!

Please make your orders correctly. Please answer the phone so customers can resolve issues. Please act like a restaurant that is capable of serving customers and do the bare minimum of your job. We don’t have tons of cash in the bank to throw away money at food that isn’t made correctly

This is the worst burger King I have been to. My friends and I just wanted a great experience the employees were so rude and just laughed at my friends and me. They took forever with our orders and the manager doesn’t know to discipline their employees. He sucks at his job and just lets his employees talk in the back instead of taking peoples orders. Do not go here if you want a horrible experience at this Burger King.

I’m here ordering food when a customer ask for a combo with drink and the cashier tells him about the sale of 5 dollars pick 2 for 5 and he ask if the sale came with drink and she said no. He order the 2 for 5 then as I was ordering he came back and order a soda . I asked the cashier if the 3 for 7 was still here she said yes and I had to tell her . Why you didn’t tell the customer about the 3 for 7 and instead made him buy a cup. She refunded the money to the customer. and did the sale. Not good. If there are promotions the employees should tell their customers

Burger King always has amazing deals, and the 50 cent cheeseburger is one of my favorites. The ice cream cones are also the best and always taste fresh. The service at the counter is friendly every time I visit, and one time an employee even held the door open for me, which made the experience feel extra welcoming. I always enjoy coming to this Burger King.

Nice place- clean, food was hot, free parking, friendly staff. The even have several desktop computers to use while eating. Also have TV’s too.
Indoor play area for the kids.
Drive thru was a little confusing but all in all- a good experience and a good place to eat.

Asked for the 2 for $5 whopper jr deal, but lady rung it up as two individual whopper juniors. Only a $2 difference, but when I pointed out the error she and another employee just shrugged it off as if it were my mistake. I guess you have to say “duo deal”… It’s BK, so I’m sure no one expects 5-star service, but this is also the type of service that makes people make generalizations about fast food workers…

It’s kind of funny how raising the minimum wage has produced more incompetence at these types of establishments. It wasn’t even busy and they managed to mess up a simple order. Also, don’t forget to specify “duo meal” when ordering, because they seem to think that there are some people our there that don’t want to pay less for their order…
