Give this place a look! It is excellent service, excellent tequila, excellent atmosphere, excellent patio and excellent food. Kerry was our main server slash tequila/mezcal expert and she was amazing. The other service staff came to our table for various food/drink deliveries and they were friendly and attentive as well. We arrived early on a Saturday (5:30ish) and the dinner /game crowd shuffled in soon after. There were plenty of seats and plenty of staff. We had an amazing time!! They even let us go down into the Smoke and Mirrors Bar in the basement that becomes a dance floor at 1000. If you like tequila and mezcal they have a lot of very unique selections that are hard to find! They have an amazing elevated/roof patio out back as well that connects to the Nano Brewery. We’ll be back!!!

Cayden, wow what a delightful server! Food, drinks, vibe, all an 11/10 experience. Crispy chicken Cesar salad and the soft pretzel were just what I dreamed of! Bonus points for the place absolutely dripping with wonderfully tacky Christmas decor and lovely, friendly patrons!

Awesome addition to Ohio City W25th street. I would consider it more of a bar than a restaurant, but the food was delicious too. The coctail menu features many tequila/mezcal drinks as well as some other standard drinks. On the tequila drinks…you can decide between tequila or mezcal. My favorite was Libation of the Beasts…sweet with heat drink. Service and bartenders were great.
The food was also delicious. The menu is somewhat limited, but packs a flavor punch. I had the Oaxaca chicken burrito and the pork Verde tamales with mole Negra. Both were excellent. I would buy a jar of that mole.
Atmosphere was cool. Lots of bar seating, some tables, and a patio in front and back. There is also a club in the basement. I will definitely be back!

Very cool atmosphere. Loved the vibe. Server/bartender was very friendly and attentive. I liked my drink a lot. Cocktails are around $17. The food was very disappointing tho. The tamales tasted ok. I’m glad they were only $8. The mole was delicious but I wish they gave you more since the tamale lacked flavor on its own. I also got SICK that night from the food!!! EEEK that’s a no… The brisket nachos were $19 and not worth it at all! Barely any brisket on it and what was on it was very fatty. Also, beer cheese? Why not cotija or something actually Mexican? Might come back for drinks again but NEVER ever for food.

There are 2 different menus online and we went in the early evening and they only had a menu with only 6 items on it. All the pictures online show incredible food (tacos, burritos, tamales) came for food and there isn’t much! Great vibes and staff though!

Clandestina probably has some of the best cocktails in Cleveland. The atmosphere is perfect with low lighting, subtle music, and a low noise level. Perfect for a nice evening out.

Extensive list of tequilas and mezcals – best I’ve seen in cleveland, same friendly and attentive staff as nano, good Gauc. Limited seating creates a nice upscale atmosphere, but difficult to get a table at peak times. Night menu for food is limited. Overall great concept and experience.

We came for the food, however they changed the menu to a much smaller menu, no burritos, no tamales. Sad because the vibes here are awesome and the servers were so sad to see us go, I hated leaving but we are hungry.
