I love Clancy’s… whenever I’m in Yazoo, that’s where I eat ! I have been sick the last few days and after thinking about what I ate different than my family, I remembered the ketchup… couldn’t eat it, scraped it off my fries, it had soured ! I worked in restaurant business all my life, this is a common problem when cleaning the bottles. Use vinegar to clean them and you will never have this problem again ! One microscopic drop of water, no matter how much you dry them, can ruin a whole bottle ! I was sick the same as you get from eating anything soured ! I did turn the bottle in and explained to waitress it was spoiled and why. Just letting you know ! I will return however, the food is fabulous !

We almost passed this place up and I’m so glad that we DIDNT! Not only was every bit of the food amazing, but the service was outstanding. The owner, the waitresses, even the other customers that clearly had to be regulars. They were all so nice and accommodating. We came in with a party of 15 and everyone was happy to help and make sure we all got to sit together. Mr. Les, the owner- made all of us feel like we were at home! 🙂

Service was excellent and the staff was so friendly! The prices were a bit steep, but the quality and portions made up for it. The catfish was delicious and the little sausages were so great smothered in BBQ.
