We heard it was good but we ended up very disappointed with the fish fry and service. We waited over an hour before food came out and it wasn’t very good. Ran out of rolls and baked potatoes. We were there for an agonizing 2 hours before we finally requested the check so we can leave. A lot of waiting around. We understand complications arise, but the experience was unacceptable and we will not be back.

This is the nicest little diner that I’ve been to that is local. They are usually busy, but usually you’re seated right away, or as soon as they can. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The food is always great. Their prices are reasonable and the portions sizes are perfect. Whenever my adult son comes in from out of town, he always requests that we go to C & J’s! We love it there!

Got food poisoning, again on February 27,2025..I was trying to give them a second chance.Their over easy eggs aren’t what they say they are! They are the SNOTTIEST,RUNNIEST EGGS , I have have ever eaten there. The ham was burnt, the toast sounded like a rock against my plate, and coffee was weak compared to what it used to be. GET YOUR OLD COOK BACK AND YOUR WAITRESSES.

I didn’t know about this place until my aunt suggested it for breakfast the other day..C&J is their favorite Diner for breakfast in Medina. It is family owned and everything is scratch made. Husband and I tried the Omega and it is a lot of food for under $12 . Home fries are good, pancakes are huge too! I couldn’t finish it so I took home the biscuit and sausage gravy. The server was really friendly and you can tell she has been working there for a long time. It doesn’t look like much from Pearl road but I would highly recommend this place for a go to breakfast, which has a very family friendly atmosphere. Prices are fair for what you are getting. They also offer Greek dishes and Fish fry on Friday night. Check it out!
