(12/20/25) happened to stumble upon this branch on holiday and this might actually be one of the best pizza’s i’ve ever had. immaculate flavors and textures + such great value – just around a fiver per slice which is already pretty filling but especially with their big sides (the four of us shared their pesto gnocchi bites which i’d also recommend). also very vibey place, from the decor to the music. top tier cheap eats spot in edinburgh

Civerinos on Forrest in Edinburgh was a must visit for me as I fell in love with the Pizza at Stockbridge. I was surprised to discover that each one was a little different. I tried the same two New York Style and one Detroit style. They were all great but didn’t have the same sense of “freshness” as the other location. But still good.
The space was hip. Almost diner style. The service was very friendly and attentive.

We went here while in Edinburgh as it was recommended to us a couple of times and we were trying all the recommended places around Edinburgh.
Sadly it wasn’t all the hype.
The pizza slices looked nice however were the worst pizzas we’ve ever had. No flavour and completely just caked in grease.
Wouldn’t recommend going here on your trip,
Some staff were polite and helpful and quick service don’t get me wrong and others had nothing to do so were stood about starring at the front counter which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable.
The tables are really small and cramped together to squeeze everyone in.
Is reasonable price wise though.

Huge New York-style pizza slices. Slightly confused with ordering takeaways, to limit the queue indoors they take orders at the door. A good snack in a pinch, but with the cold Scottish weather your pizza will get cold very quickly.

This place is buzzing! The food was delicious and served by friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of pizza’s or pizza slices and the slices are generous! The macaroni cheese balls are big and yummy! There are tables outside for eating at the front of the shop and a queuing system for take away or eating in. Funky decor and up beat tunes, great atmosphere.

We tried Civerinos Slice in Edinburgh and absolutely loved it! Had one Margherita slice and one Crispy Kale on Marinara (both vegan) — and my god, the crispy kale slice was just wow. The flavors were amazing, and we loved it so much that we went back a second time during our trip. Definitely a must-try spot for pizza lovers! The crispy kale is a MUST TRY ❤️
