Stopped into City Works and had a great experience. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, the service was genuinely excellent, and the food absolutely delivered. The cheese curds and the queso were standouts and easily some of the best appetizers I’ve had in a while.
Definitely a spot worth coming back to. Great atmosphere, great staff, and great food.

At the last minute on a Friday At noon, I had to make last-minute changes to reservations for 20. City Works came to the rescue. That’s what I originally thought. After my experience there they did more than that. They provided the best service we’ve ever had at a Friday luncheon. (We have a luncheon every first Friday of the month and have been doing it for three years) The food was wonderful. The price was right. The entire group was thrilled with the experience and we are all looking forward to going back. Thank you City Works servers and cooks for such a great luncheon.

The fries were amazing. The brisket tacos tasted fresh. The popcorn chicken tasted alright, maybe more flavor. Tastes a bit bland.
The service is somewhat slow ( both getting food and getting the check )but the waitress was polite and attentive. At least the food was warm.
The atmosphere is very pleasant with the music, restaurant is also pretty quiet which is nice. Music choice is good.

Great spot for a night out with the boys or for a bite to eat with your significant other. Tons of TVs to watch any game that may be on. Tons of drink options whether that be beer or cocktails. Great food options as well. Been here quite a few times and it never disappoints!

Our waitress was friendly, but the service was slow and the food was mediocre. We encountered several issues with our order; one item we requested was not delivered because the waitress forgot to place it. My husband ordered a beer that took over 10 minutes to arrive, and when the waitress checked on us, we mentioned that we still hadn’t received it.
We ordered crab dip fondue which was tasty, fries with our burger, and tacos, but instead, we received chips and salsa. Additionally, the fried pickles we ordered were never served because the waitress forgot to include them in the order. This was fine since we had already ordered several different items and were quite full. The second round of beer and a refill of water took almost 15 minutes to arrive, but the waitress did compensate my husband for his second beer. Overall, the service was poor and the food was just okay.

Angelica was so friendly and an attentive server. The food was great. The burgers are always cooked perfectly. I asked for my burger medium and it was perfectly pink. CW is always our go-to after a movie at the mall – convenient, great service, an excellent beer list!

Service: the bartender (sierra?), was very attentive and conversational.
