Now Christy’s on main!! Coffee is so good and the Donuts are to die for!! I’ve never had a better donut in my life. 😀 if you are looking for a relaxing time conversing, eating deliciousness and enjoying the company this is the place. So glad we stopped in Canon City.

The lattes were good, the staff was great with my kids request, the burrito was not spicy without the chili (which came on the side), they brought my 4yo crayons and coloring.

It was great to sit for a bit without any pressure to move on while my EV charged.

it’s a hit or miss tbh. sometimes the coffee is great and other times it tastes burnt. today the barista looked like they didn’t want to be there lol. it’s fine for a quick stop if u happen to be in the area but i wouldn’t go out of my way for it

City On A Hill is the only doughnut shop in Cañon City, and it does not disappoint! If you miss/remember Rollers doughnuts, they are using Roller’s recipes and making some of their own new treats. The doughnuts are some of the best I’ve ever had! Especially the maple-glazed Apple fritter. Wow. The coffee is exceptional and serve yourself. Lots of seating, from tables to couches to laptop counters. What a gem on Main Street. For the best selection of doughnuts, get there early. A treat not to be missed!

What a beautiful historic building and perfect coffee house vibe this place has! The selection of beverages is plenty diverse without being overwhelming. Coffee was perfect, prices reasonable, very clean establishment and the Blueberry Cake donut was heavenly!

I’m leaving this review in hopes of the owners hearing it and looking into doing something different because I really want to love it here. BUT.. the coffee is so awful. I’ve tried multiple times and it’s almost worse than gas station coffee. The espresso is watered down, the milk is the consistency of microwaved milk, and I don’t even know where the flavors are from.
The pastries are yummy and the donuts are priced well and tasty! The environment is super cute and I’ve always had good interactions with staff. So much potential but pleaseeeeee hire an actual barista or do some training on coffee. I just want to love you guys!

Really cute coffee shop in town with mostly locals hanging out. Large selection of donuts! Quiche and breakfast burritos in the morning too. Some gluten free muffins as well. No high chairs for kids. One small booster seat that doesn’t strap around the seats they have. But kind servers !

We were in Cañón City 2 nights but came here three times- that’s how good it was. The chamomile tea latte was my favorite! Others ordered lattes… hot and cold, merch and pastries. I hope I have the name right: Joanna was friendly and helpful! We plan to be back on our next trip thru Cañón City.

Always great donuts and friendly staff. Nothing is better than a Rollers(now Christy’s) blueberry donut!

The hours for this place are wrong. It says they are closed on Sunday but thankfully they were open. The older lady that helped us was very brisk and intimidating. First time here. Was thinking about donuts and coffee. She didn’t seem to want to help. The coffee is overpriced for what you get. It’s also not very good. Only managed to get one donut cause I didn’t want to put her out anymore. Doubt I will come back here
