I ordered one kids meal with buffalo sauce and ranch on the side, I ordered a second kids meal plain with barbecue sauce on the side. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with no cheese and no mushrooms.
I received one kid meal plain, no buffalo sauce. The second kids meal the barbecue sauce was not on the side. The nuggets were soaked in it and they tried to serve me a sandwich with cheese ….
I told them my order is no mushrooms no cheese and they told me that my ticket says no onions no mushrooms. I don’t care what your employee put in there what I’m telling you is what I told her three times no mushrooms no cheese and she cannot comprehend.
That was $40 of wasted money … so be smarter and don’t waste your money

Cashier is very rude, I found hair in my food, she plays on her phone while taking orders she eats while she takes orders. Very disrespectful. I called about my good and she hung up on me she said she didn’t care.

The customer service is horrible. They added a machine that takes the orders. The machine transferred over my order incorrectly I asked if she could fix it. She was mad and started saying rude things (in Spanish) then I offered to just pay for another one. She rudely took my money and had an attitude the rest of the time. The men working here are cool but the lady is horrible.

A woman before me and my fiance was calm but upset because her order was wrong. She requested they hold the lettuce because she’s allergic to it. She brought her sandwich to the cashier, who refunded the lady her money. Before she did that, the customer told her several times she wanted her order but done as she requested. Cashier ignored her. A coworker who’s been on the phone entire time is not paying attention to her orders. After the lady grabbed her change, the on the phone coworker threw condiments at the customer. So rude and nasty!! My fiance and I witnessed it and low and behind, my fiance told cashier hold the lettuce. Coworker who seems glued to her phone serve my fiance a sandwich with lettuce!!! Although she was upset and speaking something in Spanish, my girls order was made right. Food isn’t all that and customer service sucks!!! Don’t waste your time!!!

Probably the most underwhelming experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The food while edible was expensive 16dollars for two meals totaling 33 dollars. Additionally the food itself felt cheap proportions were small. Terrible experience will not be back.

Customer service is horrible. The girls that work in the front always have an attitude when you ask for extra sauce or ask for light ice. Today I got a refund for my tangerine lemonade b/c it didn’t have any flavor and she acted like she couldn’t give me one b/c I had already took a sip out of it. The girl with the black eye is very disrespectful and I don’t think the store deserves an A.
