This truly is a hidden gem. Nothing on the menu is short of incredible, portions are perfectly sized and the price is very, very reasonable. The owner is always trying out new dishes and they do a wonderful job of keeping fresh, grab-and-go meals ready if you don’t want to wait for an order.

I placed an order through GrubHub, but before a driver could pick up the order, GrubHub paused new deliveries due to a lack of available drivers. This left my order in limbo for a couple hours which was unfortunate, but not City Cafe’s fault at all.
The cafe took the initiative to reach out to me and apologize for the issue which I really appreciated. That showed me that these folks care a lot about their work, and I’m really excited to try them out next time I order delivery.

The staff is super friendly and the food is good. I love the convenience of it being downtown close to work. If you haven’t tried it, you should. It’s a great little gem. Breakfast is my favorite, but I haven’t had anything I didn’t like yet.
