Okay, so I’ve been craving good BBQ since we arrived in Toledo. So far, I’ve been disappointed or downright disgusted. That changed tonight. We were thrilled with this place. Andrew, who took care of us, was beyond helpful, even offering my companion a taste of one of their side dishes. (Big point right there.) He assured us that the brisket was top notch. He was right. The food was flavorful and the portions were great. The brisket Sammy was off the hook. Tender, melted in your mouth, extremely flavorful. The pulled pork nachos were astonishing, and unexpected. Corn bread was some of the best we’ve ever had! I waddled out to the car, which was the opposite of my last BBQ session. This place is now one of our go-to’s for dinner!

I haven’t been here for a hot minute. Went today and it was great . Loved seeing the brisket cut before me, (not served from a hotplate or steam table ) Ordered 3meat sampler for myself. Brisket, ribs sausage greens Texas toast were all stellar! My only disappointment was the corn bread, dry and bland. (not sure what’s was up with that! ). Also love that sauses and sweet tea, Will be back !

Highly recommend their catering service for your wedding day! There’s a lot to choose from to make your day perfect for you. My entire experience was great, even our complimentary tasting! All of our food was so good and we had so many compliments! It was a goal to make sure I served a good meal to my guests and City BBQ understood the assignment!!

We dropped by after touring our wedding venue up the road, as we are using City BBQ for our catering for our wedding. As expected, the food and service were super great! We love the food here and the pool are always nice and helpful! Jason checked on us a few times and was so nice!

We had a wedding tasting at City BBQ and the food was incredible!! Sabrina Johnson was so kind and thorough. Some of the best barbecue and sides I’ve had, definitely would recommend! And a very strong contender for our catering choice.

Soon was I walked in I was kindly created by there staff and had excellent service by the worked kara. She was incredibly nice and made my experience even better. The food came out quick and was very delicious if I could leave 10 more stars I would!!!

Was good. I got the ribs. They were decent. The service could be a little better. Everyone was very nice. We had a party of 4 and dinning in. Everyone else received their food and were almost done eating before I got my food. I only got a half rack of ribs. So I didnt like that.

There are a couple items here that I’m not the biggest fan of but damn do I love this place. The beans and brisket, smoked turkey, pulled pork are pure happiness for me. Customer service is usually pretty top notch. I like watching the crew interact with each other cuz they seem like they’re having a pretty good time too. Feels pretty well priced for what you get and of equal quality. Try to get out here at least once a month or every other month. My wife is also obsessed with the banana pudding, during her pregnancy I was out here at least every other week grabbing what I could lol.
