My 1st time in. The girl at the register wasnt very helpful in explaining their menu. the music was a little loud if you wanted to talk. the pulled pork was more on the dry side. for not being overly busy the store was in need of alot of cleaning. Sauces slopped on the counter most tables dirty and the trash fuller than full. 1 emoloyee hiding in the corner on her phone in the back. you could see through to the kitchen where I sat. As a 1st experience in to the store I dont feel the over whelming urge that I must come back because it was great food and service and atmosphere because it was not.

Ordered a family meal with brisket, kids mac&cheese, kids pulled chicken with side potato salad. The brisket was more fat than meat and the kids mac and cheese meal was the same size as the side of potato salad. Super disappointed in the size especially for the cost of the food. Also our kid meal drinks were forgotten, I did try calling but kept getting the same automated message with no answer

Went with a group of friends to eat and hang out. The food and service here was great and we all enjoyed ourselves. My brisket, beans, and cornbread were all good. Nothing was dry and everything was hot. Noone else in the group had any complaints that I heard. Paper towels at the tables were kept well stocked and the place was quite clean. A little bit of a cool draft where I sat near the corner.

We’ve been coming here for many years, probably 15. Generally speaking everybody has always been friendly and the food very delicious. In the summertime sometimes we go outside and eat. Their Fries rival with the best price you’ve ever tasted!

The restaurant was clean and lively. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with questions, our order was correct and out very quickly. They came to check if our food was right and good. This location is very nice and extremely well staffed. Definitely will be back!

2 orders, 36.00+ for a small bowl of chili, a baked potato with a dab of chili and small cup of cheese and sour cream with 2 drinks. Chili was barely warm, nothing special about the taste. My husband said that it tasted like they opened up a can of tomato paste and put brisket in it. Baked potato was small. In all, not worth the 36.00. Wendy’s chili and baked potato would have been better and cheaper.

I had a personal eat in order which was totally awesome as usual. I did tell the cashier associate that it would be getting a to go order when I was done done. Eliana helped me for my eat in order and my to go order and she was wonderful. Everyone at the restaurant was wonderful. I always have a very good experience when I eat at this city barbecue.

Best City Bbq location around! Staff are fantastic and the food is prepared by people that care about the customer. Store Managers are always working and involved. They’re friendly. Store is clean. I eat at this location a couple times a month sometimes more.

I am a Marine veteran and went to the City barbeque in Westerville, Ohio, today. I didn’t have to wait very long about 5 minutes. I was treated so well by the staff by the cashier and by the people that gave me my pulled pork sandwich plus a side dish of greens plus apple cobbler that they gave me for free! I was so happy with the experience that I had to let you know about it. Their food is so good! I highly recommend you going there.
