The food was good and plentiful. We ordered a botana with mariscos and fajita for 6 and 7 of us barely are half of it. Unless your a bunch of big boys, order the smaller botana. Only reason I only gave them 3 stars is they didn’t have any cold imported mexican beer. I wanted a Victoria and was told all the good beer was not cold.

Went here for dinner and I have to say that the food was awesome. I ordered the fajita and shrimp plate. Everything was delicious. We also got the best customer service ever from our waitress Brenda. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even left a pitcher of lemonade on the table and even gave us a large cup to go. She was very pleasant and gave us 5 star treatment. She’s definitely a great asset to the restaurant.

We had the Botana for 2 and fed four of us with enough leftovers for two more. We had a five year old who had the chicken strip kids meal that would have fed me three times. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The server was friendly but a little slow. He may have had a lot of tables but I wasn’t watching him closely. The atmosphere is like a Chinese buffet. Not ideal. Overall I was happy and will eat there again.

Had my mom’s birthday party with a reservation for 40 people, and they were able to accommodate us easily. Even extending the table when we had even more guests show up than expected. Tables and seats were ready prior to reservation time, and they offered to refrigerate our cake and cupcakes until we were ready to sing/ present. Servers were courteous and started getting our orders as soon as we were showing up. We did order botanas for everyone, and the soups, chips, guacamole, etc. were brought out almost right away, which helped the wait for the main platter. The guitarists came by later in the evening to offer their services, if requested. This is the second time we have had a large party here and probably won’t be the last

I love seafood Caldo and I only love caldo at Ciro’s but yesterday it was 8 of us celebrating my granddaughter 24 birthday The old man grey hair breath was smelling like alcohol. His mood was mean. He didn’t get our order right . I had to ask be asking him for refills. I had to get up twice to get ketchup from is other tables . But when we were paying he was like clue on our backs like don’t forget my tip. I’ve never had such awful service in Ciro’s before. We still left tip because that’s their way they make a living . But Ciro’s you should do better in electing your staff.

I have never walked out of a restaurant before. When we arrived, the couple ahead of us was clearly frustrated while speaking to the host, likely waiting on a to-go order that was taking too long. That should have been our first Red Flag.
The host simply waved her hand and said, “Sit anywhere you want,” without making eye contact. We sat and waited. No menus. No greeting. One employee sat behind the host just staring. Then another customer walked in and was immediately seated and handed a menu.
At that point, we got up and left.
I’ve been here before, and unfortunately this is a pattern. Service is consistently slow, acknowledgment is lacking, and even after receiving menus you’re left waiting far too long. I won’t be returning

Service and sweat tea were good, but the food was horrible. I don’t say that lightly. The appetizer soup came out cold and the shrimp in it was over cooked to the point of rubber texture.
Unfortunately the plates weren’t good either. The fried shrimp was also over cooked. The batter was really hard instead of crispy.
My husband ordered the bacon shrimp. It was tasteless. The bacon had no flavor and it was a sloppy job of wrapping the shrimp. The shrimp on his plate was also over cooked.
Not sure what their methods are. We tried really hard to find some pleasure in the meal.
It was a $66 mistake. I feel swindled. In some way it’s my fault because I didn’t check the reviews first.
Lastly, our omen should have been the roach at the front entrance.

The establishment is very clean and service is adequate. Unfortunately the food was lacking flavor. First the salsa was very watery and flavourless. We asked for another one and that was a bit better. I ordered their special of fried fish filet that is served with fries it was okay. My co-workers food was flavorless though.
